#1,Customer service needs alot of help,for starters your phone not only takes hours to be answered but usually you cant understand the customer service Rep.#2 never, saw or heard from field op. Rep.Terry at all, all business was between Sub. Contractor . #3 the sales Rep.Marie Bizzak was outstanding, she was Professional,caring,stayed in touch till the end even after all was done and complete,this young lady is a very important asset to your sales and customer service dept. She went beyond her job description she is outstanding and I highly recommend her, bottom line ,SHE CARES.4# And last I would like to thank Linda Sipanya ,an other caring person when I needed help she was there

Brandon and his family represent the standard of what a business should be. Brandon went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and the installation of our new coils, lines, and condenser was completed to perfection.

When a sensor within the new unit was not operating correctly out of the box, Brandon drove to a distribution center during rush hour to exchange it for a new one, stating, "I'm not leaving until this runs perfectly." You rarely see that level of commitment anymore, and I will certainly be using this team for all of my future projects.

Lee, the owner, came to my house to provide an estimate on a replacement unit. I informed him that I understood there were trusses that obstructed access and I would have them reframed. He told me the job would cost at least $14,000 when the top end bid from a larger competitor was substantially less. After 5 minutes, he accused me of being "squirrelly" and left without providing a quote. It seemed like I caught Lee on a bad day but from my perspective, I want to do business with a company that won't abandon me when I'm in need.

Came home in 100° weather after work to find out our AC was not working. Extremely hot inside the house and outside. Called around to see who could come same day. This same company worked on our AC years ago, I literally have an old receipt from 2016. Lady was nice over the phone and said a tech will be at my house in an hour. Tech arrived within time frame and got out and explained that he is going to have to pass on the job because of previous work from years ago that he's sorry and now apparently they do not work on mobile homes. We are extremely hot, wasted an hour waiting thinking the AC was going to get fixed. We could of had another company come out in that time frame to get it fixed faster. How can you just turn down a customer like that, especially in this hot Texas summer weather? We are literally dripping in sweat.

Just had a annual service check. Great job! Sprayed the AC down and really cleaned it out! Blew out the drain line. Checked filters. Checked freon. And a good price.
