We are dealing with a very hot 2023 summer and our AC needed to be serviced. Daley Air, Mr. Daley, was very professional and knowledgeable. He serviced it in a timely manner. We already notice the system is working better. He also gave us information on some things that were not done properly when the system was installed a few years ago. He gave us a reasonable estimate and showed photos. He returned to fix those problems.
We will be in contact with Daley Air for some corrections that can wait for later in the year.

Jacob was amazing! Replaced drain line for A/C for a reasonable price. I called him after another AC company failed to fix the problem after a service call and giving me an estimate. But Jacob with Daley Air was able to communicate and execute the job the same day! I will be calling Daley Air first if I have any AC issues in the future.

Our go-to AC guy! Great work and honest!!! As a woman I've often experienced tradesmen that talk down to me, try to upsell or suggest unnecessary work... Never once has Jacob done this. Very hardworking and gives honest opinions without pushing.

My A/C stopped cooling over night and I woke up to 83 degrees. I called several companies to include the company that installed the unit. All companies couldn't come out until Thursday or Friday. Mr. Jacob Daley arrived within an hour. He was phenomenal and very informative! Needless to say Daley Air is my new A/C Company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

My A/C was leaking water all over the laminate floor and the company that installed it couldn't get to me for another 14 hours. I called Jacob and he was at my house within minutes. He identified the problem and went straight to work. In less than 2 hours it was fixed and... for a reasonable price. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I canceled my service agreement with those other folks 'cause from this point on... me and my family are Team Daley. Jacob was recommended by a neighbor. Spoke with him over the phone and let him know about the problems I was having with my AC and he came out an hour and half later. So appreciative of how fast he was able to come out on a Sunday morning. He was able to diagnose quickly and was happy to answer all my questions. Very reasonably priced as well. Jacob was great and so informative and knowledgeable and such a nice guy unlike the the "mainstream" ac guys that overcharge. He was very fair! I called at 0800 and he was out here by noon! Highly recommend and he's local! No funny business or overcharging you for things like others. He was very respectful and as a woman that is much appreciated!

I called upon Jacob Daley about 3 yrs ago during a midsummer AC crisis. After 20 yrs of home ownership, I've dealt with many repair businesses. Other AC companies were unable to fix the problem (one even made it worse!). Jacob quickly diagnosed the issue and came to the house with equipment ready to do the repair. He made suggestions to improve the performance of my AC units. I have since had Daley Air install a replacement AC system, and they continue to service both units.
