After calling around to several companies that weren’t able to come out for a few days and being stood up by one company we finally stumbled upon Daley
He showed up less than an hour later on a Saturday and had the repair complete shortly after

Mr. Jacob Daley arrived on time. Professionally inspected my system, and located the problem. After correcting the problem, he checked the system to determine why the problem occurred. Not finding any reason for the problem, he closed the account at favorable rate. I definitely recommend, and will recall Daley Air.

Fast, reasonably priced, and high quality ------- We noticed our AC running but not cooling towards the evening. Of course it was a weekend and after hours so most places were closed. This company had good reviews, nearby, and was available. He diagnosed it as a refridgant leak and showed me where it was at on one of the outside elbow joints. He worked hard fixing it, gave us a fair price on recharging the system and got us running long after he was expecting to be done for the day. Then we had a comfortable evening instead of a muggy sauna of a house that it was before the AC went down.

Jacob was friendly and professional. He fixed our A/c system quickly and explained how it works. Also gave us an update about another issue. We will be using his assistance on future issues.

For anyone looking for A/C work they need to us Daley Air. Jacob Daley the owner of the company came out within a hour to fix my problem with me a/c unit. He was also very informant about the issue was and what he was doing. I will be using Daley Air for all of my a/c issues in the future.

Jacob was amazing to say the least! We had an issue w water dripping from a vent fan in the bathroom and he came out first thing in the morning (on a Sunday) to make sure everything was fine! I highly recommend Daley Air to anybody!!

Had a pretty easy job of installing a smart thermostat in my home. Jake was able to squeeze me in same day and gave me a call when he was heading over with an ETA. Super knowledgeable and professional, even wore protective shoes while he was in house.
After installing the thermostat he verified the heating and cooling worked and offered to help in setting up the scheduling.
His service was competitively priced and his ability to squeeze us in same day was much appreciated.
He explained some of the systems to me (I’m not used to an emergency heat pump system.)
He even noticed and corrected some unwired systems.
I didn’t have anything noticeably wrong with my system, but obviously when you need your heat and air you *need* it. I’ll be calling Jake again when I need it because he was professional, quick to respond, quick on the job, knowledgeable and all at a great price point.

Was fast, prompt, courteous, clear communication every step of the way, and most important? Available on a holiday weekend.

You could go to Giant A/C inc. Have a tech who dreads coming to work and can't wait to leave. Or you could have the master technician who owns the company fix it right the first time at a reasonable price. There when he says, every time. I would hand Jacob from Dailey air my house keys without qualm. The guy is honest, forthright and professional. I'm glad I chose Dailey air to replace my 40 year old unit. I'm saving big $ on my utility bill and my home has never been more comfortable. Go with the service company who's totally vested in the success of his own business. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and we even received a text whenever our technician Jake was en route. He was professional and thorough, talking us through everything that he was checking and repairing. He went above and beyond the call of customer service!
