Marcus did a great job of mowing our overgrown lawn . He did exactly what we we wanted . We were very pleased. We had mowing and trimming.

I don’t recommend LawnStarter. They don’t keep their promises. They asked me to give them a second chance, offering an upgrade and promising to send their best providers to make up for their earlier mistakes. However, no service was completed at the promised time. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I've never left reviews like this before. I want to share my impressions about the work of the lawn mowing company. I have been using the services of this company for almost a year. I have no complaints about the quality of the work, the lawn mowing was done well, but sometimes the grass was scattered on the paths and at the entrance to the garage.
However, the way the company organizes work with clients and adheres to the schedule leaves much to be desired.
The schedule was constantly changing, at first I was warned about it, then I had to contact the company on my own and ask where the specialist was, and finally it came to the point that the arrival of the specialist could be postponed for several days and at the same time the payment was debited from my card, despite these delays.
I am a non-confrontational person and I do not like to write negative reviews, but even my patience was not enough here.

Update: a third party customer service person actually contacted me. I ended up getting a refund. Props to them for actually reading the negative reviews and wanting to follow up with customers to make things right.

Do NOT use this app! So much for the $19 first mow…I ended up paying $70 for the first mow…and it only took 12 minutes to do my backyard! They charged extra for “long grass” when it was just some light weeds that I easily took down with a cheap Amazon lawn mower…and again, $70 for something that only took 12 minutes? And now I’m stuck with having to pay for two more 12-minute mows and it’ll cost who knows how much. Horrible customer service. Will never use this app again and I hope none of you do either. Find a kid in the neighborhood who wants some extra cash or something.

I’ve used LawnStaryer for 8 years and I’ve always been happy with their service. Very affordable, and my current crew is very good and replies to communication very quick.

I started this services after bad service at another company. Today I get email they skip service because they said no cut needed. Check my camera and he never went in backyard which has high grass.regardless both needed mowing. I didnt like.3 day time frame n when they would arrive either. Very inconvenient .also broke a few sprinkler heads. I pay for biweekly and they wanted me to wait another 2 weeks after I told him before I got letter from HOA because if growth. My front and back grow differently

Great service from Marc. My yard looked very manicured and nice. I wasn’t home at the time of service so it feels great to notice a huge difference in the way my yard looked coming home from work. I don’t have to stand over these guys to make sure the work is being done. Great service 👍🏾

Osmin has taken care of my yard for a couple of years now. He's done everything from regular mowing, to cutting down trees and bushes, clearing out brush, and even placing sod. My yard was done with caring hands. The frontyard lawn was as if it was to be placed in a magazine covered story. When the job was finished,my driveway was free from cut grass.
