We hired this plumbing company to replace our water heater, which is in the attic of our two-story home. Aaron was able to come to the house and look at it right away and give us a quote on what it would cost to have a new one installed. He was very quick, polite, and informative. After getting multiple quotes from other companies, recommended by friends, Mulder Plumbing had the most reasonable pricing. We set up the appointment and the team was able to come in the next day and completed the job very quickly. Everyone who came to do the install was very polite and very professional. As first time home owners, we’re still learning a lot and Mulder Plumbing made our first big repair as pleasant as it could be. We had our showers, toilet, and pressure relief valve repaired, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were extremely timely, easy to get ahold of, and scheduling was a breeze. The crew was respectful, helpful, and made sure everything was done right. It’s great to support a reliable small business that truly cares about their customers. We’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others!

We had been dealing with a major stoppage in our main line for months, waiting on a family friend who was helping us slowly but suddenly not responsive. We finally bit the bullet and reached out to Mulder.

They were able to give us a super fast turnaround time from reaching out to our appointment, and they got our main line jetted out in no time! The plumbers on call were very friendly and clear, and made sure they cleared as much debris as they possibly could besides the main stoppage to get really what I paid for. Cost was fair and reasonable and the whole process went very smooth! Would recommend!

I needed a plumber STAT and my friend recommended Precision. 10/10 would recommend! They were quick to respond, came that day, were able to fix my problem in a timely manner AND it wasn’t outrageous to pay for.

I want to give them five stars because they were responsive and provided quality customer service. The only issue that I have is that they were bought 3 to 4 days out but I guess that’s because they are in demand, Which is understandable. I will use them again for any other services.

Hannah and James are amazing, hard working and very honest. I wish I could describe my whole experience from beginning to end, but that would be a novel. I can just say this….. I will never use another company again. They are wonderful.

James is so incredibly awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure we had hot water throughout our entire house. He was so professional and checked up on us to make sure everything was working as it should be all on his own. I would recommend his company a million times!

Precision Plumbing returned my call quickly, set up an appointment for the same day. Technician was delayed on prior job so he came out the next morning (Saturday and New Years Eve). He checked all the plumbing got everything working and gave us hints to help prevent future issues. IMPRESSIVE service and reasonable charges! What a nice way to start our new year!

We hired James to install a water pipe for our investment property in San Antonio. We asked 3 plumbers to give us quotes, and James provided us the most competitive bid. Our general contractor also vouched for him that he’s the only one who went under the house to check the plumbing when he went to our house for the first time.

His team finished the job promptly. James is very responsive to all of our questions, which we appreciated it a lot! Highly recommended!

Called them up on Wednesday and they were here the next day. From the initial phone call until the work was completed, everything was excellent. I spoke to Hannah who very polite and very formative. James arrived on time and was very friendly. We needed 5 things done- shower handles and drain replacement, tub faucet replacement, 2 bathroom sinks faucet replacement and they repaired a leak in the bathroom and kitchen. Overall, excellent job and would highly recommend!

The owners are friendly, responsive, on time, and professional. The massive companies act like used car salesman but not these guys. I got a fair price, quality work, and some advice on the side. James will definitely be our plumber from now on.

I have hired and worked closely with Precision on various projects(50+ projects) over the last year and have never been disappointed. I’ve sent so many random contracting requests to James(the owner), and he has always been able to satisfy my needs and more importantly, the needs of the investors I have worked with. I’ve been let down so many times by other contractors and I seriously cannot tell you how amazing it has been to work with Precision. The owner is rational, reasonable, responsive, detail oriented and extremely hardworking and so are his employees. He has made my job as a property manager so much easier! James is also extremely HONEST and has so much integrity which a lot of contractors unfortunately lack. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and experienced professional, call James. You won’t be disappointed!

I am so happy I found these guys on Thumbtack! Though they may not have many reviews here, they have 100+ five star ratings on there and they deserve it! I asked for a service call and provided numerous days for availability expecting to get the usual “24-48 hr” turn around time so you can expect my surprise when I was able to get James out same day within a few hours!

He was very polite, punctual, and cleaned up a leaky water heater that was going to cause way more damage if left unchecked. I am so happy to find a contracting company that treats their customers with respect (both in respecting time and the house).

My only regret is that this great family comp doesn’t do *everything* otherwise they’d be the only contractors I would use.
