We discovered that our old water heater burst at 7:30am. Within an hour Ryan was at our house. My wife is an architect specializing in multi-family housing. She knows everything about code and compliance for all appliances. She asked all the right questions and Ryan had all the right answers. I took a hot shower before noon. You cannot ask for better customer service. Ryan’s an All Star. I highly recommend.

Jesse at ABC Home and Commercial Services—Plumbing Services Department did an outstanding job educating me on water softeners and reverse osmosis systems. We bought their top-legal EcoWater water softener and reverse osmosis system. He even returned to our house to confirm performance through several tests. Thank you! We’re now enjoying safe drinking water!

Have you used ABC Home Services on three occasions so far and service? Every time has been exemplary. Two plumbing service calls and one installation call. The plumbing calls were superior and first rate. The insulation was also excellent.

I have been impressed both with the professionalism and knowledge of the repair individuals that I have dealt with. At this point in time, I would not go elsewhere for service, especially in a time where finding competent, dedicated individuals that do home services are difficult to find.

The plumber I have dealt with on these two occasions is stellar. The other installation was a water softener and filtration system for the entire house.

Sergio M. came to our home and gave us a quote on replacing our water heater, he was very informative about the work needed. He also informed us that our water heater is still under warranty, we only paid for the labor/install and everything was brought up to code. Sergio started working on the water heater at 12:30 pm and he was done before 5, he is a great employee! Kudos to ABC for hiring knowledgeable employees!! The previous home owner installed the heater on their own and he repaired all the issues with that install, I will recommend ABC to anyone as they also installed the AC for my home in 2021. I have received excellent service on the initial ac install and biannual tune ups, they repaired a part that was giving out while they were there for last year’s tune ups.
We will probably have them replace our water softener due to the excellent service we have received from ABC today and 3 years ago. I

We had an exterior pipe burst on a Sunday in the freeze. I called and expected no one to respond but because they had replaced a fitting on the pipe recently they called me back, came to inspect and fixed the problem. I paid an emergency visit fee and was happy to do so, in order to turn water back on to the house. I feel that a smaller independent shop would not have been able to get out and fix this as quickly. Sometimes you need to have the big guns in call and for us that’s ABC.

Individual (can't remember name) was outstanding! Professionalism above par. He was quick and even pointed out defect from installer installation. If I had more stars for positive service I would definitely use the. I highly recommend using him again.

Santiago is a great guy. He went the extra mile to take care of the gas hook up for my range installation. His assistant Tyler was also very courteous and helpful. I also needed a water line moved in my attic and he did a great job, quickly and efficiently. This is the second time I have used this company.
Somebody at the top knows how to hire talented smart workers who have great bi-lingual social skills and intelligence.
At the end of our appt. my cc company was having issues with my card. Santiago and Tyler were extremely gracious and patient while they had to wait another 20 plus minutes standing on their feet after a long days work.
I will definitely use this company again. I just have one suggestion. The person who answered the phone when I called to make an appt. for a new appliance installation did not tell me that they really don't do new appliance installations. They are more of a repair service. This would have been helpful information to know. I am glad they sent Santiago bc he could handle installing the new range and also take care of the job in the attic.

Ryan, the plumber arrived ahead of schedule and took the time to scope out the job and made sure all the needed parts that I furnished, would fit the area. I had him change out the kitchen faucet for an upgraded one that was very different then the one that was in use. He was experienced and quickly got the job done. I'm so happy with my new faucet and it's only been a couple days but so far no leaks or problems. I also like the fact there is a year warranty on his installation.

My water main broke suddenly yesterday and I needed a plumber fast. I called ABC and got Ryan Tamez to come out and check it out. He had the problem diagnosed, dug out and repaired within 3 1/2 hours by himself. The hole he dug was over 3 foot deep! He worked straight through the rain and even cleared Large jagged rocks that were buried in my yard that may have contributed to the pipe breaking. He hauled them away instead of leaving them for me to dispose of. I have used ABC for electrical issues, an entire HVAC system, pest control, and now plumbing. I would not hesitate to use them for just about anything again. Thanks Ryan!

Just wanted to share that my experience with technician Carlos Serrano was excellent! Carlos was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He answered all of my questions and took the time to show me what he was doing. He knew a lot about water softners, how they work, knew about the city water and his many years of experience showed in his confidence. He was very polite and extremely professional, asking for permission before entering the home- I've had others come and try to walk in my house, not good. But Carlos was amazing, I felt comfortable having him work on my water softner and having him in my home. A very pleasant experience. Thank you very much Carlos for taking care of my home.

I had one excellent experience with Jr, and two times that I was completely ripped off by Senior. I had referred a friend to them before my bad experience and my friend received very poor work with an extortionate price tag from Senior Enriquez. (My friend plans to sue them in court.) Also, be very wary of their financing plans, you could be liable for extremely high interest rates and penalties.

Very impressed with their prompt response and honest pricing. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Will definitely call them again!

Greatest people to work with. No one expects major repairs but when they happen its nice to know that there are still customer motivated companies in business. The work was done in a timely fashion and done well. Should I need services in the future I would definitely call them. I highly recommend this company.

Professional, punctual, and honest—qualities you don’t always find these days

I definitely would not recommend this company. I have warranty and put a claim for a bath tub faucet that wouldn’t work. We set an appointment and the first one got cancelled and made for the next day. They come out the next day and without taking anything apart immediately say they need to replace the cartridge but it won’t be done that day because they have to get approval. I was already on my way home and my wife was there while they wanted to collect the service fee and just leave it for another day. I get home no later then 5 minutes and they had already left even though I told them I was calling the warranty company to get approval. They call me back and say they can’t come back because there’s too much traffic. Had they stayed it could’ve been done that day. Then they arrive today and while taking the cartridge out a piece breaks off in the pipe. They immediately try to say it’s calcium/sediment build up. As soon as I say I’m calling my dad they’re quick to pack up and say they’re gonna have to get approval from warranty. They refused to even try getting out the piece that broke. My dad as well as several plumbers I sent pictures to said there is no sediment/ calcium. This company thought they could get one over on me and I don’t play that. Very sad that they were going to just leave my house with no water when they clearly saw I have a one year old and didn’t want to attempt to even try to remove the small piece that was stuck. Instead they wanted to cut into my wall which didn’t even need to happen. I’m glad my dad was in town to fix what they didn’t want to.
