This is Yolanda Doddato! I am very pleased with the service I get from Murray Plumbing! Jeremy Campbell came in today, August 7, 2025 to take care of my sink drainage! It’s always like this when my HVAC runs a lot coz of the hot weather! Jeremy did an awesome job in draining the water coming up to my sink & cleared the pipes that are blocked with stuff! I am so grateful for Jeremy taking care & resolving the problem of my sink blockage! Thank you Jeremy & Gabby for scheduling the work & getting it done nicely! Jeremy and his helper texted when they were on their way and arrived promptly for our appointment. We had three small problems my hubby probably would have fixed himself normally. But after a recent surgery and what looks to be a long recovery, we needed help! These guys were great! So quick, professional, and thorough and ended with, “Anything else we can help with?” It is a relief to find great help when you need it! We appreciated their attention to detail.

Brian Garret did a great job! He was courteous and knowledgeable and did a great job.

Unfortunately, I have to be 100% honest with you! This company came to my house to fix awful smell inside. They initially did a “smoke test”. Then they charged us for fixing 3 toilet areas. Within 24 hours, the smell was back! We call them back, and instead of fixing it the areas that continued to smell, at no cost…the owner insisted that he had already given us a good deal with the military discount. So, because you offered a military discount, I should be grateful enough to keep paying extra do you to have to return for poor service. We paid the additional price, the 2nd time, and now, months later, we are still dealing with this horrible smell in one of our bathrooms (that was supposed to be “fixed” twice within a 72 hour period).

It’s interesting how the owner wants all of his customers to write him a 5-star review, meanwhile, he is providing less than a one star service.

Murray plumbing responded to a call for my water heater leaking in a quick and timely manner. When freed up the technicians arrived between the hours they estimated their arrival. They diagnosed the problem and clearly communicated the issue with my appliance and the options to resolve it. They were able to do my repair in the same day. Great service all around. The technicians were very helpful and kind

Excellent communication and professionalism from start to finish. We had so many questions about how to best move forward with a water heater issue. I could not be happier with this company. Brandon A. quickly replaced our broken water heater. The whole process took half a day, including all my questions and concern. This is my new plumbing company.

Jeremy was awesome! But the reception is the star of the show! I paid was too much 475 to change the top element hwy Rob! So I would not use again because of price charge!

Brandon and Brian arrived on time as scheduled and ready to work. They were both very courteous and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions in a way that I understood. They completed the job and completely cleaned the work area. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brandon is the best plumber I’ve ever been assigned with. He helped me so much with my new house. I asked him about my toilet (different issue than what he was there for) and he found tile and wood in my pipes! I would’ve never known that was there and continued living with that issue if he never took my concern seriously. He saved me so much money in the long haul! 100/10 would recommend him to everyone, he’s also very friendly and easy to talk too! I’m very awkward so he made everything so easy! Also the assistant he has with him is also amazing!

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Matthew quickly responded to a sewer line backup same day and got it resolved. Can’t thank you enough for the great service.

Overall the experience was good/ fair. The job was done efficiently and in timely manner. Communication from both the technician and main office could have been better. Services were supposed to be provided the day before between 2-4pm. Around 4:30 there was no call or update as to where the technician was. It wasn’t until I called to get an update only to find out that the technician wasn’t going to be able to make it. It’s important to communicate with the customers and especially when we are expected to be available between a specific amount of time, which can sometime be hours. Aside from that, thank you for the assistance and service.
