10/21/2025: Jeremy C. continues to provide outstanding service! He returned to finish the work and provide us options for a water softener. We were impressed by the level of detail and his candid approach to our questions. It was not a sales pitch but an informative overview to the benefits of a water softener and other options. Many thanks to Jeremy for his patience and Murray Plumbing for ensuring our concerns were resolved!

Even though I’m not currently a plumbing customer of Murray’s, they’ve already earned my trust and future business. This morning at 9:20 a.m., at the Circle K Valero at 1604 and Stone Oak Parkway, a young man driving Murray’s Plumbing truck #M37007 kindly waved me down at a red light to let me know my gas tank cap and flap were open. I wish I could have gotten his name, but hopefully ownership will read this and be able to identify him for acknowledgment. He explained it clearly and respectfully—something many people might have just ignored and kept driving. That small act of honesty and kindness showed the type of people Murray’s Plumbing hires. When the time comes that I need plumbing assistance, they will definitely be the first company I call. Thank you for helping a stranger and setting such a great example!

Matthew with Murray plumbing checked a commode that required a double flush to void the bowl which was still under warranty. He said the toilet was defective, called into his office, they ordered a new one right away and he came back within an hour or so and had the new toilet installed very quickly! Professional, courteous, and efficient! I highly recommend Matthew and Murray Plumbing! There was no charge even though the site requires an amount.

Matthew fixed my kitchen faucet, he found out some plastic clogs and now he even replaced it with a new one! Water pressure is never been strong before and no more leaks!

We had absolutely the best experience with Murray services! We needed our whole house replumbed and they did it all within 3 days! Quality work, professional, and trustworthy! The price was very reasonable considering the economy. Josh the owner was very transparent & accommodating with everything that we needed. The team Joseph "Joe", Codey, Jason, & Tony were amazing! Josh went above and beyond giving a present to my son for his birthday and they all interacted with him on his big day. My son loved the interaction with everyone and his present! The pretest before foundation repairs was fantastic and the post check was just as good if not better Brandon Newman was awesome, I don’t remember if he was the same guy that came the first time but whoever that was, he was just awesome. On time very professional cleaned up didn’t make any mess. Actually I can’t say enough about the great service I had thank you!

I had a great experience with 1-Tom-Plumber. Andrew, the plumber, was super professional and got the job done efficiently. I appreciated how quickly they scheduled me—booked my appointment for the very next day. The customer service was top-notch, and I love that they offer a 90-day warranty on their work. Highly recommend!

Jacob Diaz was great. He was on time and ready to go. He explained everything and provided quotes. He is very honest, knowledgeable, and positive. He did what he could to get me a discount (in addition to my Veteran discount) and provided great pointers for another small do-it-yourself job because he cares about people. Andrew was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He originally was scheduled to perform a hydrostatic pre test, but his polite attitude and eagerness to explain the process made it an easy choice to request him back to take care of a water leak in my main line. He is very efficient, and just a good face for the company.

Angel Martinez and Brandon did a great job repairing a leak. They came out the same day we called. They were quick!

2 hours early and knocked it out! Great experience. Jacob was a pleasure and knew immediately what the issue was, but double checked everything because- I just had a new HVAC system installed.

Brandon's team was very thorough for our hydrostatic pressure test. Andrew's team came out for a post test after our foundation repair. Both teams were professional and competent. I even got some reasonably priced quotes for other projects. Highly recommend!

Once again, our technician from one time Plumber was incredible. Jacob did a great job and I’ll be happy to have him out to help our church again. he removed an old water fountain that was useless to us so we could have a new water cooler with clean water all the time 😀
