Not a very happy customer the first guy they sent over didn’t know what the heck he was doing and then the other two guys came over six hours later was here for a couple two or three hours. Wanted to charge me an outrageous price when I already quoted me, one broke off one of the bolts to the toilet and just left it there, I am not a happy camper will not be using them in the future I did not want to give them any kind of stars at all, but it made me give them at least one

Excellent response and service on a Sunday when I eneded up with a geyser in the front yard. Angel was professional and knowledgeable and had the problem fixed in an hour and a half. Will be using this company again for any other issues I may have down the road.

Brandon Arwood with 1-Tom did a fantastic job on repairing a leak at my house, and I couldn't recommend them more. They came out very quickly to fix my initial issue, and when another arose the next day Brandon came out first thing in the morning to address the problem and walk me through how he fixed it.

Every part of their service was up front and transparent, and if I have future problems, they'll be my first phone call.

Great experience overall with this company, especially with plumber Gavino Luna. They were willing to install my new dishwasher when my regular plumbing company wasn’t. Also installed a new sink faucet in powder room. Totally worked around my schedule. Price was very fair. Gavino was friendly, professional and had a great attitude accommodating my special requests. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. I couldn’t be happier!

I had a leak in hot water expansion tank. Never had a leak before. Looked on Google for top rated plumbers and noticed 1-Tom-Plumber had over 1,200 comments and all rated them 5 Stars. I had never seen that before so I gave them a call at 6:30 am and Andrew showed up around 10.

I felt Andrew was very honest about my hot water heater and explained everything to me. Andrew was very efficient. When something else needed replacing he promptly showed me the issue and discussed the added cost. Andrew was fantastic and the office kept me updated via text. Loved it. 1-Tom-Plumber has a new customer for life!

Water company detected a leak. Was able to schedule an appointment the next day early in the morning. Technician Brandon was professional and gave us options that fit our budget. Was able to fix our problem within a few hours.

We needed help with a roman tub faucet that was leaking. Angel Martinez and Brandon Newman came over and diagnosed the problem which was worse than we thought. They had to remove the front plate to the tub to cap the lines so that we could turn our water back on. They were able to do that without breaking it. Both gentlemen were extremely nice and very professional. Highly recommend.

Richard came out to my home to assess the leak we had in our garage. He took into consideration that we did not want to cut into the wall of our babies room and he made it work!! We didn’t even have to cut any large holes or anything! Richard and his team made sure to be honest, fair, and on time. They were able to fix the leak and do a reroute in record time. Me and my family will definitely be doing business with them again!

Angel Martinez took the call to fix a leaking cold water shower tap. We went over the prices and at this point and time in my life, they were just unaffordable. However Angel was thinking outside of the box and came up with a splendid idea that fixed my leak at an affordable price. Angel was professional, and did the job quickly. I just can't thank him enough for this! As for the company, the lady that took my call was also very professional and may arrangement to have some one out the same day within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend the Company and Angel for any water repairs.

If I could give ten stars, I would. Terri and Angel to the rescue. Had a clogged shower cortridge, after a recent water line break. We weren't getting any cold water. They were able to come right away and get that fixed for us.Great customer service and speedy response times wouldn't call anyone else.
