Aaron of Wills Plumbing performed a re-pipe of our 2500 sq ft home, the dreaded copper pipe disease. The job was performed in six days, Aaron and helper performed the task in a professional manner, while running into several unforeseen issues, but handled it all with a smile on his face. Highly recommended Will's Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Aaron & Jacob did an excellent job of diagnosing problem with my old water heater, and installing new one with new filter, as well as a pressure reduction valve. Professional and friendly, and worked with me for the best solution and best price. The folks I talked to at the office were always great as well.

Aaron and Kayden completed the task of clearing my washer drain. They worked quickly and with no mess and wore protective boots. They were very polite and also explained about my water system and answered all of my questions.

Recently replaced my reducing valve and upgraded the cutoff vale from plastic to brass. Few months ago they completed a large job for me installing 2 tankless water heaters. Both jobs were properly scoped and fairly priced for the quality delivered.
The most recent work complete failed a week ago needless to say we were less than happy. Gage Scott was sent on an after hours emergency call and once the "new Brass" ball valve was replaced we inspected the ball valve and found the valve, even though less than 45 days old failed there was a very obvious 1 in crack in the valve. 3 hours of emergencey work and all covered by service commitment my charge was zero $0.00. Not many would do that these days.

I have found all their plumbers to be competent and they obviously love their job. They were very professional and very personable; and able to explain everything in a manner that non-plumbers can comprehend. Now I can say they handle very irritated customers with rare ease and care.

I have found my go to plumbing company.

We’ve used Will’s twice in the last month for separate issues and would highly recommend their services. The office staff was communicative, service was on-time, honest and fair. We greatly appreciate Marc’s due diligence to find the issue and problem solving with a solution that worked.

We wanted the filters and membrane changed for our reverse osmosis system. One of the plumbing companies woukd not do it and had lots of alarmist things to say. When I called Will’s Plumbing and spoke with Mark, the master plumber, I was so encouraged. Yes, they would do it, yes they could order the parts, and yes, it would cost less than we had anticipated. Work was done four days after I called. Hurray! Very thankful for Will’s plumbing! Will use them again.

Great service! They came and got the water heater working within less than an hour. Aaron and Jesse were super helpful and respectful. Aaron personally told me he would stay and little longer to make sure the water heater was up and running and I had hot water. Because I was without hot water (hot showers) for over a week so service like that is always appreciated and I’m very grateful they were the ones to come and do this job! So if you need great service in a fast and timely manner I highly recommend them! You guys rock 🤘🏻

I applied for an appointment online with Will's Plumbing, and they came to my place right away to install a smart toilet. Aaron & Jacob took the time to look, explain, and devise a plan to help me get my toilet in! I also got %5 off my final bill for writing this review 👍🏾

We have an electric water heater that is a few years old, we had no hot water through out our house. We first called the company that we purchased the water heater from and all they did was unplug and replug it, we had hot water for one day. That company tried to sell me other services that claim would fix the issue, they never once opened the water heater. We called Wills plumbing and had a technician (Alex)here the very next day. Alex came to my house and informed me that he had never worked on the brand of water heater we had, but assured me that he would have the issue fixed, he open the water heater, ran diagnostics, corrected the faults and cleaned some parts to help it run smoother, while doing all the work he asked to look over his shoulder so that I could see what he was doing and gave me a better understanding of how the system worked and what he did to fix the issues. We now have hot water and haven't had any issues since his visit. He recommended we get a system flush and never once tried to sell me additional expensive unnecessary work. Because of the great customer service I will only now use Wills Plumbing for all future needs and contact them when its time for an upgrade. Thank you for the great service!

Our plumbing was backing up in the laundry room and downstairs bathroom. After various attempts to remedy the situation myself, I called Will's Plumbing & Testing, my go-to plumbing company for the last 9 years. Aaron and Regal came out to investigate, turning up some additional issues. Some of our plumbing is 55-year-old cast iron at the end of its life. Aaron & Regal were very thorough, pulling the toilet, clearing the clog, running the camera through the lines, and showing me in pictures what was going on. They did not sugarcoat the bad news, which I appreciated. We are working on a game plan to correct the issues. I would use them again. . .

One month later:

And I did! Will's Plumbing had replaced the mainline to the septic a few years ago, so I didn't hesitate to use them again. What we thought would be Phase 2 of the cast iron replacement turned out to be a full replacement of all the remaining cast iron. It was not fun, I'll admit - and very expensive. The distance for the tunneling required 2 holes, and placement of these holes was tricky. We re-used the original hole and dug a new one in the garage (what a mess!). This was the easiest way to access to one of the major problem areas.

Will came out several times to check on the progress. The diggers spent 2.5 days on two holes in unfriendly locations, given the slope of our property. Will's Plumbing covered the cost of those days and one other item that needed repair. I suppose he could have refused to cover those costs, but he assured me that he would take care of it. And he did.

The diggers were a little sloppy with their trash, but they cleaned up everything at the end so that it was not obvious that we had piles of rocks in the yard for what seemed like ages. Considering that they spent about two weeks under my house chipping away rock, I can't complain about a bit of trash.

The whole project took 6 weeks - dusty, dirty, noisy. But it had to be done, and now I don't ever have to think about it again. I highly recommend Will's Plumbing!

We had a late afternoon plumbing emergency. Marc Gonzales - Master from Will's Plumbing & Testing Service arrived within 1/2 hour and got to work quickly. He explained his work plan and kept us informed as the work was done. He gave us an accurate estimate as well. Very professional and knowledgeable. I’ll never call another plumbing service besides Will’s.

Journeyman Alex And Apprentice Kaden did a terrific job of replacing my tankless water heater. Alex was able to come in and diagnose the problem quickly, ordered a replacement and returned the next morning to install. Both worked conscientiously and quietly. Alex was able to talk with office staff to resolve questions and move the project forward efficiently. Both arrived as expected and completed the job in the estimated time. They answered my questions and took time to do so without rushing their answers. I don’t hesitate to recommend them. I feel confident the work was done well.

Aaron and Jacob were exceptionally professional from start to finish. They arrived on time, were well-prepared, and carefully evaluated the work I needed. They explained everything clearly, took extra time to walk me through the challenges, and offered thoughtful solutions.
