Angel was super professional but so friendly and knowledgeable. He came and within minutes found the leak and fixed everything within 2 hours when most places couldn’t come until the next day. He showed and explained everything to us. We will definitely be contacting him again for any future needs. Thank you so much!!

Angel Martinez showed up promptly and very fast to fix a water leak in my bathroom. He was so efficient and worked with me in order for me to be able to afford it as I am retired and have no extra money. He was very professional and polite and I appreciate all the work he did and he got it fixed very quickly.

Called 1 Tom for a leak under my kitchen sink. Terri was so friendly, made a same day appt and tech was out within 2 hours. Garbage Disposal and Faucet needed to be replaced. Tech purchased and replaced. Great service!! Will definitely call for future repairs.

Angel was professional the entire time. He text me when he was on the way and was actually punctual. He resolved the problem in no time. I would call them again if anything I can't fix arises and would recommend to anybody.

I find plumbing way too expensive so decided to find a local retired plumber. However as Angel was leaving I told him he was patient and respectful. I just had carpet clean and he right away said let me put on covers on my feet! I was pleasantly surprised because most technicians don’t do that. I don’t know if the stars go for him or go for the company so I just put a 3. I also felt he was honest he didn’t want to start work and then it’d be a really big job. He allowed me time to make a decision and I really appreciate it that. I forgot to mention the first time I called they did tell me it was $49. I then canceled it because I found a free estimate. They said there was no charge for a second estimate but they charged me anyways I was disappointed about that.

Angel was amazing. Look for his name when you’re getting work done. He was professional, quick, efficient, and didn’t complain having to work late AND with a cold. He was easy to talk to a very polite. Knocked out the work in a timely manner and gave me reassurance by letting me see the issues he was dealing with. I 100% recommend this company

Had garbage disposal go out called and they sent Angel Martinez within 30min. He informed me of my options and quoted me prices that were reasonable and 100$ less than what home depot quoted for same job. I decided to order a new disposal on Amazon was delivered few days later and the next day Angel was able to quickly install while having a pleasant conversation. I was not charged a fee for the first stop at my home for quote and was not pressured into using them for service once disposal was delivered which I thought was more than fair. Friendly, professional and fast service. Highly recommend!

I also like that they send a picture of and the plumbers information prior to appointment.

From the tenant/occupant of the residence the experience could have been much better. There was a lack of personable client/customer communication (they show up and don’t update or let you know what the plans are or back brief on what was done). They seem to have a problem with showing up, being on time(respecting others time and obligations), or updating on arrival changes. They tend to rent vehicles and don’t show up in the vehicle described in their reminder text, so if you are skeptical or have security concerns.. look for an unmarked, newer model white van with no windows. They partner with a foundation company that follows them along the lack of communication lines. The job took longer than discussed and expected and the only updates came after many phone calls or texts to them asking for a status. They are quick to expect money for work that is explained quicker than they care to complete. Would I recommend them confidently.. no. To their future customers.. I hope your experience is better than mine.

The repair that needed to be done was very straightforward. The plumber knew what needed to be done and took care of it. I would like to point out my experience with the person who took my call; she understood the situation we were in and helped us get the help we needed right away. That was much appreciated. Not knowing much about prices nowadays, I felt like it was a little high, but the good experience and fast turnaround were a key priority for me.

When I called 1-Tom-Plumbing, they send Angel Martinez come to my location. Angel is very good with pin point the leak problem right after he walked indoor and outdoor. He told me the water leak were come from the new water meter. So he has the crew comes in the next day to start working. They have to dig out the old pipe from the meter to the point just outside the garage and replaced the outdated income water pipes with a 10 feet PEX water supply, new main shut off valve, Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) with valve covers, 10 feet of PEX pipe and expansion tank at the water heater. They finished the job quickly and end of my headache. Thank you for a job well done and I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Angel Martinez was the plumber who came out to assess the plumbing on a home we are under contract for. Angel was GREAT. He provided a lot of insight for us as potential buyers, allowed us to shadow him while he worked and happily explained what he was seeing throughout each portion of the assessment. As far as initial customer service, and thorough assessing is concerned, I feel very pleased with the two people I interacted with from 1-Tom-Plumber. Angel did a great job as the assessor and I would certainly return to them for plumbing needs in the future.

Marcus and Angel did a great job. Very professional and fast. Cleared drain quickly and provided a quote to permanently fix issue. The phone employees Carrie was extremely helpful. She was able to get techs out same day on short notice. I highly recommend this company and going forward they will be my first call.

Will's Plumbing is the best! I have been using them since 2016. They have repaired multiple slab leaks in my home, in addition to installing a tankless water heater and a new water softener. They just took a week to re-route all the water pipes in my house just last month. I have worked with almost all of the plumbers at one time or another (Marc, Matt and Chad). They have all been extremely professional and thorough in their work. The office staff (Sam and Veronica) are very accommodating. This company will continue to be my plumbing company of choice.

We had a problem with the hot water coming out of all our faucets looking very cloudy opaque white even though the cold water came out clear. We had a broken shut-off valve replaced on our sprinkler system a day before we started noticing that the hot water was very cloudy. We thought that the sprinkler system fix might be causing the problem but we were unsure because the cold water seemed to not be affected. We called Will's Plumbing and Testing Service to help us figure out and fix this issue not knowing that the sprinkler system fix had caused dirt to enter the hot water heater. Chad, from Will's Plumbing, was very knowledgeable and went over the possible causes for the problem, one being the prior work done on the sprinkler system. He suggested to start with doing a flushing out of the hot water heater first. He did an excellent job and ended up having to flush the water heater 6 times before getting the water to run clear. We are very happy with the work Chad did to fix the problem for us and with his professionalism and knowledge to figure out what had caused the cloudy hot water.

Our bathtub was clogged because the pipes were sealed with grout—likely from someone washing their tools after retiling the bathroom floor. This left only a small opening for water to pass through. The following work was completed: 1. Chipped out concrete to expose the tub and shower drain. 2. Repaired the p-trap in the slab. 3. Replaced the waste and overflow on the existing bathtub.
