I would highly recommend Gibson Plumming. Alex was send out to my resident after my water heater went out and left me without hot water for two days. Alex went above and beyond to have the heater fix & he also took the time to explain to me what was going with the heater. Thank you Alex, you were a blessing!

Gibson was able to dispatch someone last minute during the weekend to make sure that we had water to our home. Throughout the entire process they were transparent and kept me up to date with their work. Daniel was very courteous and professional. I can't say thank you enough. I highly recommend Gibson Plumbing.

Great Service! Both Daniel the plumber and Caleb the apprentice installed both water filtration and water softener. Daniel was very professional and informative and they both got the job done in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend.

We had a scary gas leak. It was later in the day and he had to drive to opposite sides of town to get the parts. The technician was able to quickly and safely fix the pipe, clearly explained the next steps, and made us feel safe in our home again. Thank you so much.

My home is still in warranty and emailed the builder for a pipe leak repair. The builder called after a couple of hours saying that someone from Gibson Plumbing will come in the afternoon. Found out that they were the original plumbers when the house was built. Daniel arrived and got everything sorted out quickly. I’m glad to see companies honor their warranties in quick and efficient manner. I guess I found my plumbing company for future repairs even when my home is out of warranty.

Great customer service. I called for my water heater issue and was quickly contacted by Daniel. He gave me an ETA of 30min and sure enough he was outside my house before then. He was knowledgeable and quick to fix my water heater issue. Thanks for the great service!

Our hot water heater was dripping so I looked on the tank and Gibson plumbing installed or serviced it not sure but called them and they came the same day - Daniel was the service guy he was very professional and said this was the original hot water tank from when the house was built !!!! 2001 it was built — we got are moneys worth on this tank for sure . He in stalled a new one the same day -told how to take care of it . Great service from Daniel —honest reliable ! Definitely using Gibson Plumbing again if I need them .

Nick and Caleb came out to tighten our sink handles and fix the caulking on one of our shower heads. They worked quickly and efficiently and everything is working perfectly! They were quick, but thorough and we will definitely call them for any future needs!

Alex Saldivar was my plumber, he provided me with exceptional service every time he serviced my home. He has lots of experience, knowledge, professionalism and always on time. He truly cared about my water heater problem and did everything he could to fix it. I would recommend him, 100%, to anyone that has a plumbing issue. And above all he's a great person. We just moved into a model home and had some issues with hard water blocking our shower heads. Nick came to replace those and also checked some faucets. He found a leak and took the time to fix that for us as well. He was pleasant and helpful. I truly appreciate all that he did to make us feel like we were being taken care of!

We recently had a plumbing issue on our new build home and was just outside of our warranty period. The issue was one that would go back on our builder more than likely that would need to be fixed by Gibson. During the month of December we had to go out of town for a family death and returned home to a note to call Gibson. We were told they would be fixing our issue. We assumed they had taken it upon themselves to go to our builder to determine coverage. Gibson came out and fixed our issue. Come to find out, Gibson just fixed the issue for us with no reaching out to the builder to make our situation right. They went above and beyond for their service, customer service, and to help us also knowing medical issues my husband has had involving cancer. We cannot express our gratitude enough and will be a life long customer of Gibson Plumbing!

I called in & spoke to Maddie about my kitchen faucet leaking. She immediately scheduled me an appointment for repair. She did an outstanding job, I could tell she was professional & cared about my concern. In today’s world time is important!!! Today Mike came out for the repair. He was very professional, polite & knew the business. He came in I showed him the leaky kitchen faucet. He immediately knew what was causing the leak. He went out to his truck came back in & completed the repair! Everything went super smooth & this is what customers want. I want to thank Maddie & Mike both for a super great job!!!

I would like to give a shout out to two amazing professional Plumers at Gibson Plumers in San Antonio, Texas. Daniel Sanchez and Paul Adair are two dedicated, and knowledgeable plumers who are worthy of accolades. They came out to my house to fix a possible water leak around the base of my bathtub. Although, they didn't find a leak, they conducted every possible thing they could do to locate the leak. Didn't find a leak, but they worked diligently with patients and determination trying to make sure they didn't miss anything. They apologized that they were nit able to fine a leak, and they cleaned up after themselves. Daniel and Paul is making sure that Gibson Plumers will remain one of the Best-of-The-Best. Please past this information on to these two amazing guys, and let them know how much I appreciate the professional work and awesome teamwork. Thanks for again for the quick response.

Gibson was fair, honest and fast. They were called for an inspection review and they scheduled within the week. Daniel came in and looked at everything on the list and looked at all the items and explained everything to me. Caleb was quick to fix the outside pipe and get it all cleaned up. Both gentlemen were very professional. Would recommend them!!

Newest issue - 22 Aug. The picture shows the brand new shower pan with the brand new drain they installed. Please tell me why it's blue and what the white creamy stuff is...

Besides having issues with reaching this company, their service has been less than adequate. One plumber shows up and says something needs to be replaced but I'll have to schedule someone with the parts because he doesn't have them. The next says there's no reason to replace and the last guy was wrong. They show up without the parts and then have to reschedule for someone with parts to come out and the second person says something different.

My water heater has no medium. It doesn't matter where the temp knob is set; between low and 'B' there's no temp difference but all 108 degrees. Beyond 'B' it goes up to 135. I need some 120 in my life. SO, the guy shows up and tells me the knob isn't broken and he can't fix it, but can't explain why I can't get between 108 and 135. Then I have to call Gibson and explain that I need another plumber and justify why I need a "second opinion" for an issue that the first guy didn't address. They finally replaced the temp knob and now there's only one temperature. Plumber said he'd come back out and never showed.

It is exhausting working with this company.

I had an emergency leak and Daniel responded to my house super fast and had it all fixed and back to working condition in no time! He was very professional, talked me through the whole process and got everything taken care of for me. I really appreciate Daniel and glad I can count on Gibson to have trusted and smart employees! 10 stars for Daniel!!!

Our water softener broke a few months ago and I bought a brand new one off of amazon. Initially I had called to have someone come by and install it. But the size was too small for our house. (Thankfully, I was able to get a refund). Daniel from Gibson Plumbing came by with a new water softener (much bigger tank) and explained everything very professionally and answered all of my questions. He said he worked for Gibson for over 20 years, which says a lot about the trustworthiness of the company. They even went out of their way to load up the old water softener that broke and got rid of it. I also asked Daniel to help with a minor detail underneath our kitchen sink and he was glad to help out. Would definitely use them again for any other plumbing issues I might have in the future!

We recently purchased an existing home (just over 2yrs old). Upon move in we discovered an issue with the washer hot water line leaking. After several failed attempts to work with the home warranty company (who refused to cover the issue) we had Gibson Plumbing come out to take a look. Gibson installed the original washer box however because the home was over 2yrs old it was no longer covered under warranty.
Despite this, Gibson agreed to do the work needed free of charge. The work would require cutting into the wall which meant drywall work and more expenses for us after the plumbing repair.

Daniel to the rescue!
Daniel was the only plumber to suggest an alternate solution that fixed the problem and bypassed the extensive drywall repair. He took his time to explain to me in person (and also my husband on the phone) the options.
Daniel completed the repair and then took time to run the washer and make sure there were no further issues.

Daniel was professional, friendly, and conscientious- he solved the problem and did it with a smile.

I highly recommend Gibson Plumbing - and Daniel!!!!
