Marc is exceptionally ethical and transparent. This company is fair and explains the options, pros and cons of each so customers can make informed choices that fit their long or short-term needs, goals and pocketbooks. They also realize they have a job and expense that nobody really values--that the customer is already having a bad day if calling them, and nobody wants to drive their shiny new plumbing around, so it's the last thing anyone wants to spend money on! It's the last thing people want to spend money on! Therefore, Marc and staff make sure customers know and understand the value and necessity of the work they are performing. I appreciate that.

I was looking for a new Plumbing Service Company to establish a home service / repair relationship. After much research and finding excellent reviews I called Wills Plumbing & Testing Service.
My experience was excellent ; from the initial phone call to initiate a service call , to the constant communication from Wills Plumbing office staff on the service calls progress , concluding with outstanding plumbing troubleshooting and repair from technician Gage Scott.
My homes' inside water pipes were HUMMING like a church organ which is a very loud and disturbing sound. I was worried the pipes were going to vibrate and break,
Gage Scott, Will's Plumber Technician, listened intently and was focused on my concerns. Gage asked questions about the past weeks humming sounds history and about the installation dates on certain items in the incoming water supply loop.
Gage determined the Pressure Relief Valve {out by my SAWS meter} and the Expansion Tank on my Hot Water Heater weren't acting in unison as they should.
Gage replaced both items, PRV and Expansion Tank . He set up each item at 60 psi. verifying each with pressure gauges.
After the repairs were completed and the water supply back on, Gage checked the inside of all the house water faucets and tub performance.
Gage was very thorough and focused during the troubleshooting and repair stages of my service call. He listened and answered my questions with patience and knowledge. He made the extra effort to obtain and install my particular choice of Pressure Regular Valve.
I highly recommend Wills Plumbing and Gage Scott !!!

My septic went out after 45 years and I had to tie in the San Antonio sewage system. It was a massive job. But completed basically in two days.
Half a day to excavate 100 foot trench going 5 to 8 feet down and tying into the dry creek bed behind me where the city runs its sewer.
And a full day working in 100+ degrees to hook me to the sewer bypassing my old septic
They still have to put it all back together as far as the dirt goes but I’m not worried about that.

Mark was very polite when he gave me a courtesy call. Technician Alberto and an associate showed up on time to diagnose a problem and started working on it right away. They were also nice and polite.

The plumbers who came out were GREAT. But in 45 minutes they replaced only the valve on the toilet and sealed the two halves. For almost $500, I thought I was totally ripped off. The man who owns the company lives just down my street. I am also a capitalist, but ripping off a disabled veteran is unacceptable. In the future I will not be using their services. Homeowner of two 40 gallon tanks. We had one tank break right after the 6 year warranty expired and didn’t know who to call. We ended up meeting with Matt from Will’s plumbing and he took the time to provide several estimates for different options we had. We decided to replace both tanks at the same time and get the extended 10 year warranty. Matt and Troy came out and replaced both tanks yesterday and we are so pleased with their work. Not only did they communicate what steps were needed in the process and keep us informed, they picked up the work area once finished and we asked me through the different temp dials on the tanks. These guys are so professional and so detailed you couldn’t find better. Even working with the office on finalizing the service order was super easy. They truly care about their customers and it showed. I would highly recommend Will’s Plumbing for your next job.

Aaron & Jacob came in today a got busy right away. They assess our problem and gave a solutions very quickly. Also gave us option for the possibility future if need.

Marc did a wonderful job replacing our sink disposal. He was a total expert and even gave us a few tips on how we can perform simple maintenance ourselves in case something were to jam or malfunction. He made sure that all of our sink plumbing was in good condition and was very thorough.

Marc came out today to discuss a tankless heater install. All I can say is that he's amazing. He's super experienced and knowledgeable as well as a kind person. The estimate appointment turned into way more. He was able to give me all kinds of practical ideas for other projects as well. I could immediately tell that this is his passion and that he's very good at it. The guy is the real deal and I cant recommend them enough. These arent your run of the mill guys....
