Daniel, from Gibson plumbing did some work in our bathroom and was amazing. He cleaned up everything as if he weren't even here, and was very informative when we asked him unrelated questions about water softener's. Will definitely continue to use Gibson Plumbing for all our water and plumbing needs!!

Two technicians both named Daniel (aka Superman and his helper)with Gibson Plumbing serviced my home today. I am sooooooo pleased with the the job they did!! Professional, courteous and workmanship over and above my expectations! All my future plumbing maintenance and repairs will be with Gibson Plumbing!

I recently had a service call with Gibsons. They sent Daniel over to address our garbage disposal issue. He arrived on time and was VERY helpful getting the issue fixed quickly.

Daniel has also done over to fix our water heater this past winter. He always arrives when he is supposed to and gets the job handled.

Getting back from vacation and finding yourself with a backed up toilet the morning after your return is not what you expect. Especially when your place is a new home (10 months old)! After calling the builder, he reached out to Gibson Plumbing and had them come the next morning. I was advised they would come service the issue in the morning and that they did. Nick arrived this morning. He was very polite and express care when entering the home. He looked to see what the problem was. In minutes he took care of the issue and off he when. The quickest service I've ever had. Being in the Customer Service industry myself, it was refreshing to see Nick and Sue (?) in customer service handle this call to perfection. Had a water softener installed by Daniel. He did a great job!
He spent time with us describing the use and function of the equipment and answered all our questions about the water softener. Daniel is professional, friendly, and competent. I would recommend Daniel and Gibson Plumbing for quality plumbing.

Daniel went above and beyond to help me out with a toilet installation and faucet repair. I was very impressed with Daniels professionalism, knowledge and communication. He provided information on maintenance items that would help me keep my warranty up to date and to protect my purchase. I noticed there was a water leak coming from the front of my house and flowing onto the street. This was on a Friday night after hours. I called the city in panic and they advised me there might not be someone to come out and shut the main water line off until the next day.

I then called Gibson Plumbing and was directed to the after hours answering machine. Like most people I figured I would not get a call back due to the city of San Antonio having an unprecedented issue with main water breaks and leaks due to the dry weather we have had in the past six months.

I was wrong.

With in 30 minutes I received a call from Nick. He told me he was on his way to fix my plumbing issue. Nick came out with his colleague Art and set up their lightbulbs to figure out what was causing the issue. Most people would be upset to be working that late on a Friday night, but these guys worked without an ounce of grievance.

Within 30 minutes I had water to my home again and the leak was repaired. I want to thank the professionalism of these men and the selfless service they do.

Good Afternoon Gibson Plumbing, I wanted to send you this Letter of Appreciation regarding your Gibson Plumbing Representative, Bart. Bart was scheduled to come and check our Guest Bathroom Bathtub Faucet. He was not able to fix it this afternoon, because he needed to get back with the Warranty Department, but he promised he would do so as soon as he got back to the office/warehouse. I always do my best to compliment those who come to my home and try their best to fix the problem. Although Bart was not able to fix the problem, this afternoon he was courteous and polite and professional in every way, and I wanted you to know how happy I was with not only Bart but all of your Gibson representatives. I called Gibson plumbing this morning because my pilot light had gone out twice in two days. They were prompt in scheduling me (I got a warranty appointment for the same day) and arrived to my home in less than 3 hours after that.

My service provider, Daniel, was prompt, courteous, and made sure I knew what he was fixing, what to expect, and how long it would take to fix.

Overall I had an amazing experience. 10/10.

My water heater pilot light igniter wouldn’t work. I called Gibson Plumbing and Daniel came out the same day after he had finished his scheduled work. He was very pleasant and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the pilot light to come back on. I couldn’t have been happier! Hot Shower!!! I would definitely recommend Daniel and Gibson plumbing to anyone that asks.

Daniel was so helpful and trustworthy! He was able to give us a free consult within the week and I didn't feel like he was pushing us to do any extra unnecessary work. The following week he arrived on time and was able to fix our problem quickly. He was very respectful and nice guy. Very smooth process and would use again!

Debacle. Incompetence, delays.
Problems every step of the job.
Months of trouble and disappointment. 1st new bath tub was cracked, never even made it into the house. 2nd tub was the wrong size. 3rd attempt, tub was installed incorrectly. They had different people come to the house every time. The fixtures were missing parts, then installed badly. Tightened the tub fixtures so tight it cracked the tub. We found this out by having to pay another company. To have everything torn out. Down to foundation. concrete, wall studs. It took Gibson a year to make a complete mess. While their competition redid everything professionally and solid. In 1 month. The office staff at Gibson was completely useless.

Daniel, a plumber from Gibson plumbing, is an attribute to his company and we were very satisfied with the service he supplied. He was courteous, reliable and efficient. He solved our plumbing problem and did so by giving us options which made us feel comfortable. Daniel would be our request to Gibson for a plumber, if it ever so happened we needed plumbing service down the road.

Daniel was sensational! Had no hot water and after trying the self fix options, finally gave up and called the emergency number. Within minutes I received a call back and he was able to fix the issue with the upmost professionalism and an amazing attitude. Answered every question I had regarding the why behind the issue, educated me about water heater maintenance, and even got a quote for a softener! Can’t recommend their services enough, thank you Gibson plumbing!

Excellent company, service, and knowledgeable personnel! Daniel and Alex were awesome. We had a small water leak in our attic and they came out, realized glue had come undone on a piece of PVC, glued it back and were done in about 10 minutes. We will definitely continue to use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Mike, the warranty supervisor was on call and although my warranty was expired, he went out of his way to help me stop the leak via FaceTime until a technician could come out to repair the leak.
