Gibson plumbing never disappoints! We have been greatful to have Daniel come and take care of our home! Right at the end of the day Daniel promptly and efficiently diagnosed our leak to a tankless water system and was efficient in fixing our issue. We feel very fortunate to have Gibson as our plumbing company, they had a part in building our home plumbing system! Daniel represents Gibson plumbing quality! Daniel cares about our issues and assures us of the quality work they do. We even had a soft water system installed too! Daniel is so efficient and very patient with our questions. Daniel is a great teacher and we are so happy with his craftsmanship! He is a true professional!!! Thank you Daniel!!

Hot water heater wasn't heating water. Gibson responded quickly and was there within a few hours. The Gibson plumber, Bart Morales, quickly diagnosed the issue. Bart is a great representative for Gibson plumbing and I'm really appreciative of how they worked with my busy schedule.

When something happens, it's always late on a Friday, right? Today I had a huge plumbing issue I needed taken care of right away. And of course, it's a Friday at 3:30PM. I called and spoke to Helen who did her best to find someone to help me on such short notice. Helen was quite helpful. I could not turn on any water sources in my house. Daniel showed up and took care of the problem immediately. He showed me what the problem was and made sure everything was working before he left. Daniel gave me some helpful tips to prevent this issue from happening again. He answered all the questions I had. He saved me from having no way to use any water all weekend. I cannot recommend Daniel and Gibson Plumbing enough. Thank you Helen and Daniel!

***3 months later (March 2024), I called Gibson Plumbing to install a new water softener. Daniel came back out and did a fantastic job. He was on time, courteous, and professional. Daniel is very knowledgeable and showed me all the great features of my new softener. I tried to write a new review, but Google will only let me edit my review. I just wanted to give Daniel additional praise for his hard work. I have been very happy with my new softener.

Daniel the plumber came out to help us with PRV issues and did a great job! He was friendly, courteous and took his time explaining everything. His work looks perfect and we’ll be using Gibson again for sure because of Daniel! Highly recommend.

Just had an amazing experience with Gibson Plumbing. Was having issues with our hot water. Daniel was our tech who came out to diagnose an issue with our hot water heater. Wasn’t long until he fixed the problem as well as provided tips on how to maintain our water heater. We ended up also getting the system flushed which revealed really dirty water. I am happy that we went with this company and furthermore, that Daniel was so professional, kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend this company any day! Thank you Gibson!

Hi - I wanted to share my experience with Gibson Plumbing and specifically 2 of their plumbers. I had a water heater issue and both Moses and Daniel were quick to respond to the call. They kept me informed with their schedule from morning until the scheduled appointment to ensure a timely service call. When they arrived they were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and detailed with their solution. They not only gave me a recommendation but they also gave me some options that were cost effective as well. I will continue to call Gibson Plumbing and ask for Daniel and Moses.

This would have been a 0 but 3rd time is a charm. My water pressure in my entire house was very low. First day supposedly they adjusted it outside without coming in or contacting me to make sure the pressure was good and it was exactly the same. Second day a different guy comes again he says he doesn’t have to come in he was going to dig outside and adjust pressure from outside I asked him are you coming in to check once you do that he said no. I asked him to let me know before he left he didn’t he just took off and again still low pressure. Third time I call and my hats off to Antonia who I spoke with all three times in the warranty department she was very nice professional and she got me a master plumber Nick to come out. Thank you Jesus! Nick is absolutely a master! He took his time he came in and out of the house as he was making adjustments and working on every single faucet and shower in my home. He made sure everything worked properly. He was very professional and explained everything. Nick is good at what he does.

I called Gibson yesterday morning for a water heater thermostat issue and they were able to dispatch someone quickly. Daniel called and provided his estimated time of arrival. He was able to get the thermostat working again. We decided to replace part since it hadn't been working consistently for awhile. Daniel returned later with new part and replaced but unfortunately that one did not work. He reinstalled the old one but could not get that one to work again. Ultimately we went with installing a new water heater which Daniel was able to install that same day! He was very professional and responsive to our need. We will definitely call them again if needed in the future.

The guys came and installed a new shower faucet along with new plumbing. The job was done in just over an hour. They answered my calls, showed up when they said they would and all at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again for any of my future plumbing needs.

Update:
My house is older, so they had to come back and make the toilet more stable for me. They worked with my schedule and got it done in time for me to go back to work. Everyone I’ve spoken too has been professional and friendly.
I’ll definitely stick with these guys for near future house projects! Thank you.

Camden and Brandon were both great. Checked out and repaired everything that I asked for plus additional checks of my water meter. Also gave me a quote for a new Low-Flow toilet which I intend to have done in the next few months.

Nick did a great job of checking the gas line on dryer and helping with washing machine. Very polite and professional. The price was reasonable. They will be our go to company. We recommend them.

I had Smith & Sons come out to my home to give me quote me on adding gas line for a gas stove. Since our first meeting, Nick & Ben were AMAZING!! Not one time did I feel uncomfortable, uniformed or belittled. I have had several experiences as a home owner where I felt this way, but Nick and Ben explained everything to me and made me feel confident in my decision to choose Smith & Sons for this job. They arrived and finished in their quoted time. The price quoted was the price I paid. They were so awesome I had them quote my water softener installation and will be using Smith & Sons for that and any other future plumbing needs!☺️ Thank you both for being you!

Smith and Sons handled an emergency when our home warranty service failed to assign a plumber. It was right before the Christmas holiday weekend which made it even more urgent and we were extremely grateful and appreciative, not only of Camden and his assistant; but also of Rebecca’s help to coordinate the appointment. The team did what they could and promised a free camera scope on their return trip, as they were unable to warranty the unclogged blockage due to finding mud in the line. Highly impressed.

We had a water leak in our downstairs utility room. I couldn't find the source of the leak so I called Smith & Sons. They scheduled me right away and told me a technician could be out there that morning. An hour later I get a confirmation call and 30 miniatures after that Camden and Silas show up at my house. Professional, courteous and thorough they go through every drain, faucet, tub searching for the issue. They cleared the issue up quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely be using Smith & Sons for all my plumbing needs.

5-stars for a reason. This company is purely amazing. Great prices, timely, and upfront about everything. I've used them for my home and rentals. Chris recently fixed a broken main just outside the sidewalk. He kept me updated, was beyond professional, and his cleanup job after it was fixed is what I expect every contractor, clean up in a manner as if they'd never know you were there. Peter and his son came out and helped me by replacing a leaking water heater. The whole garage was flooded. They came out and took care of everything. They were able to squeeze me in the next day so I didn't have to go long without hot water. Peter is a great caring person who has always been there for me with my plumbing needs. He is fair priced and very professional. I would recommend him to everyone.

This company is awesome! The owner, Peter, is friendly and professional. The company has gone above and beyond to help their customers and provide San Antonio with excellent plumbing services.
Also if you aren’t following them on Instagram I highly recommend it! They post plumbing tips and tricks that are super helpful, which I find really refreshing. No gate keeping there! Smith & Sons Plumbing is the only company I’ll be using from here on out. Thanks guys! :)
