I have had Murray Plumbing come by three times (Patrick R and Brandon A twice) in the past year to help with both routine boiler maintenance and an emergency repair for a water leak at an older house - I can't recommend them enough! Brandon and Patrick both came on time, were extremely professional and went above and beyond in explaining the issues and walking me through the repair process. Their crew came out exactly at the estimated time. They were very professional, clean, and communicative. They had my old water heater out and my new one hooked up and running in an hour. You can't beat their price, especially for the quality of work. Besides the nice new water heater, you can't even tell they were here.

Matthew arrived on time and got right to work on detecting my leak. He explained things to me thoroughly and reconnected water that had been shut off to various rooms. I am very happy with this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Murray Technicians ( Paul Davila and hiss helper) were punctual and with real good attitude, once starting the install both techs were working great together, once completed they explained the function and all necessary actions to take if any. Technician was very nice and explained everything he was doing. Also recommended some things we could do on our end to keep our drainage clean. Ty Brian previous tech just told us to use vinegar.

Murray Plumbing is taking the steps necessary to repair a hybrid water heater. We were facing no hot water for 5 days, but Jeremy reset the heater to bind us over with hot water while parts are received for a full repair. Murray goes beyond what a plumber typically promises. My faith in trusting that they care as much as I do about our problem is very reassuring.

Easy tons schedule. Arrived during the agreed time window. Advised when they were on there way. Fixed the problem without trying to make it complicated. Gave options to avoid it in the future.

Full understood problem. Contacted appropriate teams at Rheem and EcoNet to clarify what water electronics were showing on their end. Took corrective action and water heater now functioning as it should.

Outstanding Experience - Water Softener and Purification Installation.

I had a fantastic experience with Murray Plumbing installing a water softener and purification system. From the beginning I was treated with the utmost respect. Gabby was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable—she answered all my questions about the different water softener and purification packages, made sure I understood the options, and helped me pick the right system with confidence.

Mathew, the journeyman plumber, and his apprentice did an excellent job installing the system. They were punctual, tidy, and respectful of my home and my needs as a customer. Their workmanship was professional and efficient, and they clearly know their craft.

Communication was strong throughout the whole process; I was kept informed at every step. When a leak developed with the RO system after installation, I called Gabby and explained the issue. The very next day Mathew arrived with a replacement RO system, completed the swap quickly. Fast reliable follow-up—5 star experience. And may I say, the system is working flawlessly. The water, feels amazing. My family are loving our new water softener purification system.
