Great experience with my A/C installation. The crew was efficient and left everything spotless. What a relief!

My toliet was leaking, but from where who knows. J.C.Enriquez and Son Plumbing was able to get me scheduled right away for a diagnosis. Seth and Issac where able to diagnose the issue and (after a call to my home warranty) we were able to get it scheduled and fixed in no time. The workmanship looks good, as if nothing ever happened. Definitely 5 stars and I've found my go to for this city for future plumbing needs.

I made an appointment last week with this company and I was notified the day they were to come out between 9am to 1pm. That they were not going to make it.
I cancelled all my personal appointments that day. I find it very unprofessional and inconsiderate to inform me 10 minutes prior to the appointment.

Very reliable company, they repaired my AC in no time. The technician was polite and knew exactly what he was doing

Seth and Issac did a great job of installing an outdoor sink and checking out our water heater. They were quick and answered all the questions I had and did not treat me like I was a bother. I will definitely reach out to J.C. Enriquez and Son for and of our future plumbing needs.

I had a water heater issue that was turning my showers into arctic survival training. Enter J.C. Enriquez Plumbing, and more importantly, Seth the Technician—a man with the plumbing knowledge of a thousand master tradesmen—and his trusty sidekick, a hobbit-sized hero with the silent wisdom of Yoda and the tool-passing reflexes of a ninja. From the initial consultation, Seth came in like a seasoned general surveying the battlefield. He explained everything clearly, gave me the right info the first time, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. That alone deserves a standing ovation.

They replaced my water heater with precision and speed—no mess, no drama, just hot water flowing like a mountain spring. But they didn’t stop there. Knowing San Antonio’s water could sandblast a driveway, they also installed a NuoH2O no-salt water softener. No salt, no hassle, just soft water that doesn’t make my dishes look like they’ve been through a dust storm.

The work was done on time, on budget, and with the kind of professionalism that makes you want to bake them cookies afterward. Seth explained how everything worked & answered all my questions. If you want the job done right the first time, call J.C. Enriquez Plumbing. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get Seth and baby Yoda.

I recently had my main water line repiped and an overdue water heater replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I had the pleasure of working with Joe Enriquez and his father, and their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

From start to finish, they were incredibly prompt and efficient—if it weren’t for the weekend and waiting on the inspector, everything would have been completed in just two days. Despite working quickly, they never cut corners and took the time to educate me on every aspect of the service, i have a knack for asking a ton of questions, including the materials used, pricing, and what I was really paying for. It’s easy to overlook the details that go into a job like this, but Joe and his father made sure I fully understood the process and felt confident in the work being done.

Beyond their excellent craftsmanship, they also offered flexible payment options and a great warranty, which gave me peace of mind. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and prioritize not just getting the job done, but also ensuring their customers feel informed and taken care of.

If you’re looking for a plumbing company that values expertise, efficiency, and customer service, I highly recommend them. Joe and his father went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

I called them to service my water softener, and instead, I got three months of headaches.

I contacted JC Enriquez to service my water softener, and a technician arrived a few days later. After disassembling the softener, he realized he was missing a part to make it work again. He then quoted me $3,450 to install a new model. I told him to fix the issue, and a few days later, the company owner came and charged me $100 for a five-minute job to "fix" the problem his employee had caused. The so-called "fix" didn’t work, and the water softener started leaking two months later.

I called the water softener manufacturer, and they told me that since my model was older and no longer manufactured, I was eligible to receive a new model for free. I then called a trusted plumber who installed the new water softener for less than $1,000, and it has been working perfectly ever since.

For anyone reading this review: if you need to replace a water softener, contact the manufacturer first to see if you’re eligible for a free or discounted model, and then hire an honest plumbing company to install it.

I have finally found my plumbing, heating, and cooling service. I will not call anyone else in the future. They were quick, professional, and did the job perfectly the first time.

Our aging HVAC system needed attention and they gave practical recommendations instead of pushing replacement immediately.

Excellent service, quick, explained everything they did thoroughly, told us to watch the air conditioner and if we had any problems to contact them immediately, was very impressed.

Fast, exceptional, professional service and reasonable costs. Emptied the interior Grease Trap, cleaned it out thoroughly, and couldn’t even tell he had been there - aka zero mess.

Our eold garbage disposal died and we needed a new one installed. The plumber from JC Enriquez Plumbing made the process effortless. He arrived with the new unit, installed it quickly, and tested it to make sure it was running smoothly and quietly. He even took the old unit for disposal. Excellent and convenient service

I regret hiring {JC Enriquez & Son Plumbing & Remodeling} for converting our bathtub to a shower. While they completed the plumbing work, they were rude, he would not give you a chance to talk, the overall experience was very disappointing.
First, he didn’t give us a written quote letting us know what he was going to do. We were charged more than I feel we were supposed to be charged, without any clear explanation for the extra cost. Additionally, they took the leftover materials that we had paid for, which was extremely unprofessional. On top of that, they failed to mention that painting was not included in their services until the shower was installed, leaving us with a bathroom that is only halfway finished. So just because on BBB it says
JC Enriquez & Son Plumbing & Remodeling, don’t get fooled like we did, THEY DO NOT REMODEL, which means painting.
Also, before you pay them, be sure that you check the work they did.
I expected better communication, transparency, and professionalism from a company in this field. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.
This man only cares about himself, he talks and talks non-stop, he won’t let you talk, he will sit down and tell you about his house that has 7 bedrooms and it’s by the lake.

I have used J.C. Enriquez and Son for work on my last home and did not hesitate to contact them for repairs at our new place. I needed some fixtures/toilets updated and ADA devices installed in one of the bathrooms. Joey, third generation plumber of the business, came out to handle the job. He and his assistant professionally installed the ADA devices with proper bracing and patched the cuts made in the sheetrock. Additionally, the toilets and fixtures he replaced worked perfectly after completion of the job. There were also a few other things that needed to be fixed, which were repaired with no issues. As compared to other plumbing services, they are priced right. They are a family owned/operated company that has the equipment and experience to get any job done.

I hired them as one of the pipes in my laundry room burst and flooded my first floor.
I paid them $8000 to begin work. They quoted me 18k first but it ended up being a 20k plus quote at the end.
I got charged $3,651.19 for “water mitigation” which was 9 fans and 2 dehumidifiers, they were left on for 4 days. At Home Depot this would have run me ~$1500 which means I paid $2151.19 for someone to just drop them off, plug them in and leave them running. Nothing else was done. (promised to spray I don’t know what to avoid mold and other things and they weren't done)
The actual leak took 2 months to be fixed on their time (it was a total of 5 but I was waiting on my insurance for 3) I got charged $1000+ for the fix, at that price you would expect the wall to be fixed as well but it was not. Parts were no more than $100. I understand paying for experience but $900+ for an hour of work is not common in any way shape or form.
They kept requesting more money so they could continue working. I did not give them any as I did not feel they had done $8000 worth of work. But let’s add the last costs
We have around $3,349 left. I asked to get this money back as no work had been done for 5 months (plus the other 5 of waiting for the leak repair) I was sent an email saying that “demolition” and moving furniture was not included in the previous prices. They removed the carpet in the living room and took out a lot but not all the baseboards, damaging several places while doing this. For the furniture they just moved 1 fridge and 1 table plus 3 plant pots, as I had moved everything beforehand and tried to dry the place with a shop vac. So, we are talking about 170sq feet of carpet being removed, even at 5 dollars the sq foot it should be about 850 plus the baseboards we can go to $1000 (very generous) to make it even. Which means they “charged” me $2,349 to move a table a fridge and some potted plants.
The only reason I called them was so I didn’t have to do this myself. I ended up losing money and having to do it myself anyway.
first pic they called my insurance and added the "water mitigation" cost.
second picture is how I had left the place after spending all night vacuuming the water, as you can see there's no furniture but the table.
third pic is all the carpet they took out and tried the floor but said "we'll do it later" but never did
this is the hole where the leak was which was not covered up. (had to cut myself all that stuff in the floor as it started to get moldy and wasn't cut the first time)

Doing the work and buying tools/supplies will be cheaper than hiring them. Save yourself the headache.

The team arrived on time and quickly got to work. Installed the pump and checked all faucets to make sure everything was working correctly. They explained the service once it was completed to make sure I understood how it works. All were very polite and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend Murray Plumbing Company.

Jeremy and Tyler at Murray plumbing are incredibly professional! I had a leak under my car port coming from a hose bib….but the leak was under the concrete and water was coming up thru the floor. I was assuming they would need to jack hammer up some of my car port but Jeremy had a much more clever solution that involved cutting and capping the pipe off at the source within the house. This then eliminated the need to dig up the pipe. Brilliant solution and clearly showed why I’m not a plumber and these guys are. Tyler is a small guy and fit in some of the very tight places needed to solve this issue. He did most of the heavy lifting and really did a great job. It was fun watching Jeremy supporting and encouraging the younger guy and they made a really great team. So in the end I got an elegant and very fairly priced solution to my problem. I honestly can’t think of any reason I’d call any other plumber than Murray. They are smart, efficient and fair. Seems like a pretty awesome combination to me!
