This company is first class. They originally installed my water heater and I have used them for three consecutive annual services. They respond to calls right away and are very easy to work with. Part 1 of 2 (will post part 2 after work has been completed) but I must say so far so good. Seth and Issac figured out what was wrong with the plumbing issues I’ve been having and addressed what needed to be done in order to fix it. They seemed very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. They were both very helpful and sweet. Hopefully my warranty company approves what needs to be done and they will be back to finish the job. I recommend them for sure

My experience with J.C. Enriquez Plumbing Services was deeply disappointing and frustrating. What started as a simple request for two basic repairs turned into a couple of weeks of unreturned calls and empty promises.

I initially contacted them for two straightforward jobs: replacing a compression hose bib and fixing a gasket on an outdoor grinder. While these weren't complex tasks, I wanted professional help to ensure everything was done correctly, especially since the hose bib repair involved copper piping.

The company's communication and follow-through were abysmal. After the initial evaluation, they repeatedly asked me to jump through hoops - requesting photos of the problems (which I provided) and even videos of the leak (which I also sent). Their technician kept claiming he was "waiting on his supervisor" for information, but this proved to be nothing more than an excuse.

Despite my patience and compliance with all their requests, I never received a quote or even a follow-up call. Their complete lack of professional courtesy was astounding. Either they're severely disorganized and incapable of basic business communication, or they're deliberately stringing customers along - neither of which is acceptable for a professional plumbing service.

Save yourself time and frustration - avoid J.C. Enriquez Plumbing Services. There are plenty of other plumbers in the area who will actually follow through on their commitments and treat customers with respect.

Called multiple places to get quick service and none had availability until January. They are able to come out day after Chrtistmas.
Natalia was very helpful and kind in getting the appointment set up.

Was contacted this morning by service tech Joey around 10:35. He arrived in well with in the 30 minute window around 11:00. Joey was also very up front and professional. Water Heater was drained quickly and efficiently, found a slight issue with the pressure valve and was able to accommodate fixing it wit the included service call. Also need a water valve replacement under the main sink and that was also done in a timely manner. All in all no messes were made that had to be cleaned up. The work was impeccable and they were in and out within 45 min.

From start to finish. I 100% recommend J.C. Enriquez & Son Plumbing to anyone. Prices are reasonable and the work was very professional. Sorry Aramendia, I will be calling J.C. & Sons from now on.

Great job on our water heater. Beautiful stainless steel sink with faucet & osmosis installed. We asked for paper receipts & got them. They have a great crew. I did the usual and try to shop around and get different quotes, much to my surprise they were extremely reasonable and the service was impeccable. They have always followed up with me on a yearly basis to assure I maintain my water heaters and get the most longevity I can out of that major purchase. They wanted to charge me $1200 to repair a cracked PVC pipe. Asked another company to give me a quote and they quoted $400 for the repair. Thankfully my dad is a contractor and he and I fixed it for $40 in less than 2 hours. Still had to pay these guys just under $400 to dig a hole. They also buried my valve when they filled the home back in after I rejected the $1200 quote.
