We had a plumbing emergency at our rental property on Friday at 5:00, a ceiling leak that could not wait until Monday, the ceiling had already fallen. Ethos Plumbing was quick to respond on Friday evening to stop the leak, and promptly returned with all necessary supplies to repair the leak on Saturday morning. They truly went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a company that lives up to its name, but Ethos absolutely does. Their integrity, responsiveness, and quality of work reflects a real commitment to doing the job right. After discovering a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom on a Saturday afternoon, I was referred to Ethos, Inc. Abel came out that same day and promptly addressed the issue. Not only was he extremely professional and knowledgeable, he was also friendly and eased my anxiety about the repair. I will never use another plumbing company, I am an Ethos, Inc. customer for life! I’ve used Ethos Plumbing on several occasion. Abel was quick to respond to my messages and concerns. When he arrived at my house to address my shower he was able to identify the issue quickly (hot water was coming to the bathroom, but the shower would not get hot) and immediately fix it. I was shocked at how quick he was and they were extremely reasonable with their pricing.

I called them back when I had another issue with both of my toilets. Abel was again extremely responsive and was able to address and fix both of my toilets in less than 45 minutes. They have been beyond wonderful to work with, extremely communicative, knowledgeable in their work, and they’ve never tried to “up sell” anything. They’ve fixed the problems, provided recommendations, and been very reasonable with their costs.

I’ll absolutely contact Abel and Ethos with my next plumbing issue!

Patrick showed up twice on two kitchen back up problems and was huge help. Andy the owner even stopped by and helped clear a major clog! Highly recommended. !

Company employees drive horrible. Almost hit me swerving in out of traffic. Going well over 80 in a 65 on 410 near Ingram mall. Y’all need to talk to yall employees this driving is unacceptable. They were also tailgating, maybe a 2 feet away from the cars. Got the license plate LTN5571 on 4/9/26

Horrible service who ever answers the phone. Plumbing er came out to .you Property and didn't do the right job. When calling the office, the girl that answers phones was not very helpful ans claims that she doesn't know what the tech did and it would be another fee to return for the repair I called for in the first place. I've used this company for many years and the way these people are running this place now, isn't for the customer. Its about how.much I can charge you and I dont care what you think. Sad to see this kind of service, especially when your the company who does alot of service to the multi family. Your better off calling someone else and at least be treated right and have the job done the first time and not ha e to pay twice.
