I had a slab leak at one of the properties I manage. My maintenance man called Vamvoras. LTD to make the repair. We were shocked to receive a $1535.48 invoice, which is an outrageous amount for a slab leak repair. They were on the property for a total of 5.5 hours. On the invoice I was charged 8 hours at $120 per hour. When I called to ask why I was charged for 8 hours, I was told that it included the drive time. The property is located in Boerne, TX and there office is located at 1604 and IH 10 in San Antonio. No way it took them 2.5 hours to travel 18 miles, especially during non peak traffic, they didn't arrive at the property until 10:30 am and there is not a rush of traffic to get to Boerne in the mornings, only to get out of Boerne. They must have stopped to have breakfast on us, at $120 per hour. I would highly recommend calling a different company for your plumbing needs.

If I could post pictures I would these guys are so knowledgeable 😳about their work they told me they're using schedule 45🤔PVC to do repairs from the city to the meter....... There is no such thing as schedule 45PVC they have schedule 40 and that's what they are using because it's cheaper please be aware of these guys when you call them for repairs there will use whatever they have and say they fixed it correctly when it's clearly not....

Two young men came to replace our water heater yesterday and left without even checking to see if everything was running correctly. All they said was give it an hour or so and the hot water would come on. We waited and relied on what they told us. It never came on. We checked the water heater was not even on. Not only that the water temp was very low. Horrible service and very careless. I hope they get proper training in the future.

My apartment complex uses this company, and I cannot understand why. They are the absolute worst. They must have a contract, because they are out at least once a month to do “repairs”. However, the problem always returns, and so do these imposters. Been going on for years. They’re an embarrassment. I never chose this incompetence, and neither should you.

I was over billed for time that the technician was not there. They came out to “fix” a dripping faucet and it started dripping again two weeks later. They came out again and “fixed” it which lasted a whole three days. The person that answers the phone for this company is extremely rude. Do not use this company. Expensive, not customer service oriented, and not good work. One star because I can’t give zero plus the technician himself was friendly.
