We have 3 large tankless water heaters. The brand listed preferred service companies, and they came the next day. No hot water - yikes! So grateful they did a great job with great attitude.

Came out the day after Thanksgiving for a short notice problem. They worked efficiently and were very knowledgeable. Not their fault that they won’t be able to fix the problem until they can get parts.

Quest has been the only plumber I go to for the last 15 years and 3 houses. They do quality work and stand behind it. When a manufacturer part from a recent repair unexpectedly failed, Quest promptly came back and made things right under warranty. Kudos to Anthony for his great service!

Abel was very professional and helpful in diagnosing the issue and clearly explaining the plan to fix the issues. He proposed various scenarios in how an issue could be addressed and made it easy to understand the steps involved for each. I’d definitely call again if and when future challenges pop up!

Once again, Quest plumbing provided excellent service in a timely manner. First of all, the agent scheduling the appointment asks all the right questions to have a pretty good idea what’s going on when I call with less than accurate information;). Then, a technician shows up within a few hours as scheduled with all the parts needed to repair a leaky shower head. No back and forth, no we can try this or that, just a great guy doing his job efficiently and effortlessly. It’s such a relief to have Quest available for our plumbing upkeep and emergencies

Same day response. Matt Guerrero and Jose came in and repaired a front lawn leak of the line coming from the main. Matt is a true-pro, knew exactly what to do and performed the leak repair quickly and professionally. Reasonably priced. Will certainly use their services again. Matt and Jose are an asset to your company.

Absolutely one of the most professional companies I’ve ever worked not to mention all of the employees I dealt were first class customer service. Immaculate installation with white glove touch. This was no easy water heater installation, but to them no problem, sir. We’ll take care of it.Highly recommend

I had a heat pump water heater installed and relocated my water heater from the attic to the garage, along with a recirculating pump and a few other odds and ends. Overall, the service from Quest was great, priced fairly, and the work was focused on quality over speed, and was very well done. So far everything is working great and we are really hoping to see how much the heat pump water heater cools down our garage in summer. We would happily work with Quest again.

They came out to give me an estimate for on demand water heater. He was thorough, polite, and informative. As an update the on demand water heater is done and its awesome. Worth the money. All 3 workers that came out did a great job.

Had a major water leak in my home. I called Quest based on a recommendation by a close friend. They worked with my schedule, showed up earlier than expected (and gave notice), and the best part is that they gave the price upfront. I appreciate that they were honest about the cost, which was very fair. Finally, Abel explained everything very clearly. He was empathetic about the situation, but we also had a good laugh at the end. Overall will definitely use Quest again.
