Jonathan was fantastic. He spent a lot of time truly tuning up my air conditioner and explaining everything that was needed. He went above and beyond.

The whole process over the last several days was fantastic. It started with a backup in our HVAC system which shut off the A/C unit. I called early on Memorial Day and within an hour and half Matt and partner showed. In the past we had such issues but basically found the simplest solution to address instead of a more permanent one. After a strong review of options we decided on one that served the problem more effectively adding things much needed. It was done professionally in every way possible. We decided living in Schertz, Tx a water softener system was badly needed to save further hard water damage. A check revealed our water heater was on last legs (terrible rust). We worked out a favorable financial deal with another Air Today associate Roger to replace the WH with a plastic one and getting the water heater the wife wanted. Within 12 hours Tatum and his partner arrived and took the day (8 hrs without a break) to finish this major undertaking. Although tired they spent a good amount of time going over the systems with us. A remarkable company and highly recommended

This HCAC visit and service by Brenin was top notch! He was courteous explaining his steps. He shared that they do HVAC care and maintenance as well as plumbing service which includes draining the hot water heater. He also educated on additional steps to keep my Comfort Air unit working it's best with considering the I-flow system for drain flushing and the UV Light system duct cleaning services they offer. He was encouraging on steps now for the Condensation Drain, a special Drain Cleaner that they supply and showed me how much with the usage frequency. I appreciated him cleaning the internal part of my outside unit of dust/dirt that can restrict airflow. Great job Brenin!!!

The technician Brenin was amazing. He came in and was very thorough checking my ac system. He was very detailed and showed me what was happening with my system and what it looked like after the problem was fixed. 10 out of 10.

This company was great to deal with, especially my technician, Jack. I explained my issue, and he looked into it and confirmed it was a clogged AC drain. Initially, it was my first-floor unit, but he took a look at the second-floor unit, and even Though it was not clogged up, he recommended flushing it out. And I agreed I wanted to avoid any issues since it’s getting hotter now. That said, he presented me with a quote, and I signed up for a maintenance plan to prevent this problem From happening. Jack got to work, and after he was all done, he took pictures and showed me all the gunk clogging up both drains. I’m so glad I hired them.

Henry was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. He patiently explained the cause of the leak, how he was going to repair it and actually showed me the repairs before he refilled the dirt. He was also kind enough to refill my water softener with salt as I am currently unable to lift the salt sacks. I would not hesitate to recommend Air and Plumming today because of Henry and Chris M.
