Jonathan came out in the evening to help solve our a/c issue after hours and saved the night for sure. Very efficient and offered us various options with clear pricing. From immediate phone pick up by the dispatch service to follow up call regarding tech on the way , pleased so far with the straightforward service. The Tech Brenin was super awesome and nice, he came to our home and figured the issue out pretty quick with our AC unit (bad capacitor). He let me watch the repairs so I understood what was going on. He told me the price before performing any repairs, so there were no surprise fees at the end. They were able to actually make it out on the same day we called which is amazing cause we have a baby and the AC was not working and the Texas heat was brutal today. Highly recommend.

The response from the time I called was very fast. I got a reasonable price right away and the repairs started within 30 minutes of my initial call. It was professional all the way through.

Edgar and Jeo showed up at my house once I confirmed my appointment time with "Air and Plumbing Today LLC". I then wanted to review what Forest had discussed the work that would take place. I was pleased that we were all on the same page regarding the work that needed to be done. They were replacing 2 shower heads and internal components since we wanted both to be MOEN. They ended cutting through the sheet rock on both ends to replace shower heads on 2 different sides of the shower. They had convinced not to cut thru the granite front end to replace the fixtures and internal components. Kudos to the initial recommendation from Firest and Edgar and Jeo did GREAT JOB that on all the work performed. They cleaned up the mess and were very polite and professional throughout the installs as promised. The 2 pics below show the interior components. Did not add the shor pics, but the install of the componentscwas key. Thank you

Needed a new hose for my sink, I took old hose up to the store and they helped me find the replacement right away and it was the perfect fit. Excellent costumer service!!
