Owner doesnt ask plumbers he Assumes and believes the helper when i was told by the helper that lied to the owner that him and other plumber has stopped by his parents house to eat and hang out so I stopped by my house for 4mins and pick up drain cleaner for my next job and by my In-laws house to see if my auger was brought back so I could use it at my next job and fired me for Inappropriate use of company resources which was bs... when the helper that was with me smokes more then cigs.

Well my rental owner guess uses this company and it's been scheduled to start the digging.I called to see when will work get started and Done. They said they will start Friday and finish Tuesday. Well Friday came no show it's Monday and still no show. Tuesday is tomorrow and they have not even started... my yard gets shi*** by the day.

My parents used Elbel after my buddy Realtor Tony Parry referred them. They came out promptly and fixed the issue at OK price. We would use them again.

Got their referral from my neighbor who is plugged into the community. Set up appointment to come look at a broken water heater. Day of: 4 hour appointment window- no show, no call. Ironic thing was that during my wait for them to show up another neighbor asked me for a plumbing referral- told her I’d let her know! We’ll, won’t be referring Elbels. It’s too bad, I hear they were good folks, but If they can’t even call me to even say they’re sorry they missed the service appointment, I’ve got to question their professionalism as a company.

Horrible. Called for an emergency plumbing on behalf of my parents whose hands were literally holding the pipe together with their hands. That's all I did...was call them. Parent's did the rest as it was their house, their pipes, and their signature for being liable for service. Instead of trying to go after them, they're going after me. However my signature is not on anything. Just made the phone call. I've asked them many times to bill and contact my parents however they've not received any contact from them. Now they're trying to pursue legal action. Ha! Again not my signature. We even had to call another plumber out to fix their poor job. ha!

Came and helped us with a broken pipe - they fit us in their very busy schedule following a winter storm emergency. Fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly for a reasonable price. We will definitely call them again!

First of all the staff was amazing! Kelly listened to my concern and handled it like she really cared. The plumber was able to get out to our property and find the problem. I would really recommend this company from the customer service to the technical skills of the plumbers!

Called this plumber today after the plumber my home warranty sent over tried to cheat me out of "up to $1600" to snake a clogged line after 2 days waiting on them. Elbel's team showed up, quickly got to work and solved my entire issue in the same amount of time the other guys sat around trying to upsell me on junk.

Elbel's team was sharp, fast and very kind. Solved my problem quickly and for a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend this team!

This company was recommended by a neighborhood Facebook page. They scheduled an appointment to come by sometime between nine and noon to fix our backed up kitchen sink. They said that the technician would call me 30 minutes prior to getting to the house. By 1130 there was still no call and nobody has shown up. At noon my wife called and they said that they were behind and that we were next in line. By 2 PM no one had showed up or called. My wife canceled the appointment. I’m in the pest control industry and understand the importance of communication with my customers especially if I’m going to be running late. I’m a flexible person and have no problem if somebody’s running behind. However, it’s not complicated to reach out to your customer and let them know. If you know anything about business then you know that communication is key. Unfortunately for them they will no longer receive business from me or ever be referred in a positive way.

I have used Elbel Plumbing several times over the years for small and big issues. They are always fast and dependable. They fix it right the first time. I have never had to have them come back for a repeat issue. The plumbers are friendly and professional. I can't recommend them more.
