Friendly and helpful staff.

The hose on my kitchen faucet was leaking, so I took the nozzle and a few pictures into the parts/repair shop. I forgot what brand name it was, and didn’t have an item number. The salesman, Roger Salazar, was outstanding. He said leave the information and he would do some investigative work to find out exactly what hose part I needed. He called me today and found exactly what I needed and said it would be shipped to my house. It’s customer service like this that will make me a Ferguson customer for life. I highly recommend this company.

I recently faced an issue with my Kohler Bar Faucet, which is over 20 years old—both cartridges had failed and, after spending more than an hour on the phone with Kohler, I was mistakenly directed to purchase the wrong replacement parts. I was convinced I’d need to replace the entire faucet.

Then I visited Ferguson Plumbing Supply, and the experience couldn’t have been more different. Within just 30 seconds, Pat immediately identified the correct cartridges and even shared insightful history about the newer replacement models. It is clear he is truly passionate and knowledgeable about his work.

I went into the shop on Nakoma to ask about some advice regarding a plumbing project I was working on.
The first counter guys Philippines and Jose knew very little about plumbing but the referred me to the Master Plumber Carl. Carl knew everything that there is to know about plumbing Carl was truly a master of the craft and we are surprised he's not making a fortune plumbing instead of working for a haphazard supply like Ferguson. I hope Carl sees his calling and goes out on his own to actually helping people.

The reps at the front were rude. I asked to looks at their fridges. No one came to talk to me at all. I just sold my house and I'm about to close on my new house. I was looking to buy a new fridge and lighting over my island . Also, wanted to upgrade lighting in various rooms. This place will not get my business ever.

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!! Absolutely terrible management! No regards for their employees and never meet a deadline. I truly wouldn’t be surprised if this company when down

This review is about the customer service only. I cannot attest to their work.

Called company on Friday morning to see if they can assist me with plumbing needs. Representative said they had everyone out on a call and asked if this was an emergency. I said no, he can schedule me in as I wasnt expected to be immediately taken care of at the last minute. Rep told me to texted him my info and he would contact me back after conferring with his schedule. Told him that would be fine. So I texted him my name and address. Friday went by without contact. I waited until now Monday evening around 8pm without a call. Apparently this business is so busy to bother with new customers or to even provide a courtesy call regarding the delay. I wouldn't do business with this company now even if they called. This was a complete waste of my time. I was looking for a reputable company and boy was I no where near getting close. I wouldn't trust anything these guys say now. I knew I should have just called a well-known company with whom actually wants my business.
