We were in desperate need of a repair for a continuous water leak in our water heater. When I contacted Kare Bexar plumbing their employee Joe arrived in a short time. He immediately knew what that problem was and made all necessary repairs to our water heater. As well as provided the necessary knowledge of our water system and preventative information. We were very pleased with the service. Having been a home owner for many years. I have had bad experiences with previous plumbing companies. But I can say for any plumbing issues I would recommend contacting Kare Bexar plumbing..

The technician who serviced us worked hard to try and get our water heater replaced when it was discovered that the parts were not available to repair it. Ultimately, it was replaced, after 10 days with no hot water, which is not the technician's fault. The new one does not heat up right away like the original one, now we have to wait 3-4 minutes for hot water when the other one was immediate. When I asked the technician about it, he said we need to program it. We have no idea how to program a water heater, and one would assume that is the technician's area of expertise. We are not fully satisfied for this reason. We have tried to program it, but without success.

As usual, Joe was punctual and provided very reasonable prices for his analysis and repairs today. My plumbing/sewer line problem will require a lot of additonal work, and Joe plans to complete it in the near future. He is a very good listener and aims to please the customer.

Joe and his assistant Raul spent all day last Thursday repairing the sewer line in the bathroom slab under the toilet. Very hard work, and they did it without complaint. Joe also replaced the seals in both bathroom toilets. Lastly, he stopped by the next morning to double-check the water pressure. Great plumber and attitude! Strongly recommended!

Kare Bexar was recommended to us. Our tankless water heater was leaking. Joe came in took his time to find cause of leak. Called the manufacturer Rinnai ordered the part. Two days later came in and worked very promptly to replace entire water heater. He was very prompt and professional. He advised ahead of time how long it job would take 4-6 hours. I called Kare bexar plumbing to install a new shower kit. And told me it would be better to just replace the Carthage. Not because it was a cheaper price. Just would need to cut and it will change the cosmetic of the shower. I will be using them again. Thank you Joe for your knowledge and explanation of what was best.
