Great and knowledgeable staff. Couldn’t find the part at Home Depot, Lowe’s, Target, Walmart, or MG. A plumber recommended me here and it was everything I needed. No more leaks!

Excellent store. Knowledge helpful staff. Been getting parts, hard to find parts for older plumbing, for almost 40 years. Its my go to store for plumbing needs.

When I tried to return a few items I purchased on a Saturday, I was told that they don't do returns on Saturday's but if I left the item there, I would receive a call on Monday and they would process the return then. No one called me, and when I called them they told me it has been over 10 days now and I could no longer return the items. Not to mention the bad customer service over the phone along with a 20% restocking fee.

First off I told them the part I needed. They told me they had it so I drove across town for it. They said this should work and I told them it doesnt look right. They swore it was. It was not. I went to return it within 2 hours and they charged me a 25% restock charge which is noted on their policy. Are you serious?!?! You gave me the wrong part and you want me to pay you guys for walking 20 steps to grab the part and put back. This place is a joke. Not to mention their mark up comparitively to all other places.

I recommend to FIND ANOTHER STORE for your plumbing supplies & parts. This one Im sure will go out of business in less than 5 years with there non knowledgeable staff and bad business policies.

Fantastic customer service. They had the part for my water heater I was looking for and it worked perfectly. They didn’t over charge and were actually cheaper than Amazon. I have already recommended them to a couple of my contracting friends. I highly recommend them. They don’t do returns, but from my experience, there was no need for it. 5 stars. Great customer experience matches their great products. Ask for Ernest, he came off very trustworthy on the initial phone call and his integrity owned the whole experience. I’ll be a returning customer.

I’m not usually one to leave 1-star reviews, but this experience deserves attention.

​I’ve been a long-time customer of Faucet Parts, but my experience on 01/06/2026 was unprofessional and unethical. I called 15 minutes before closing to confirm a Krowne 44" hose was in stock. After being told 'no' then 'yes,' I told the representative I was rushing over and would be there before 5 PM. I arrived at 4:58 PM. Despite the 'Open' sign being on, the doors were locked and staff ignored my knocking. I was only let in after the manager realized I had a confirmed phone call about the part.

​To make matters worse, they charged $126.68 ($137.13 with tax) for a part that retails everywhere else for approximately $75. They refused the 30% professional discount they’ve historically provided me. Between the high markup, the 20-30% restocking fees for returns, and the blatant disregard for a contractor's time, they are giving me every reason to stop shopping local and just use Amazon or any other local store. I won't be back."

I appreciate the reply, but to clarify: I knocked because there was a physical 'Open' sign displayed on the door, regardless of the LED sign.

​Regarding the discount, I’m not sure why you’d claim it has never been offered; my past receipts clearly show the pricing I’ve received previously. That consistency is exactly why I returned as a loyal customer.

​As for 'service vs. pricing,' I’ve attached a photo from Restaurant Depot on Fredericksburg Rd showing the exact same brand and product for $71.66. While I appreciate being a small business, a $55 markup on a single part isn't 'service'—it's price gouging. Service is important, but it doesn't bridge a $55 gap on a single part.

They responded to my call around 7 PM and showed up within 45 minutes, which I appreciated. But that’s where the good experience ended.
They charged me $1,000 to stop a leaking hot water mixing valve and said they would come back to install a new one. They never came back.
It’s now been over a week and a half with no follow-up and poor communication. I called and texted asking about the part, and I was told they were “waiting on it because it’s out of town,” which didn’t make sense and was never clearly explained.
The same day, I contacted another company. By the next day, they had already located the correct mixing valve and scheduled the installation. I also learned that the original valve is no longer made due to lead concerns and needs to be replaced with a newer model—something this company never clearly explained.
Very poor communication and no follow-through after being paid. I will not be using All Plumbing Services again and would not recommend them.

They were very helpful, clear and concise, patient and friendly. This was on top of the fact that they were the only plumbers to actually answer the phone on the first call. That in and of itself was honestly amazing.

STELLAR!!!! Had a contractor hit a residential water service line, 1 month after snovid, on a Friday afternoon. No other plumber would consider helping until the following week. APS was onsite within a couple hours and had the house back in service in no time! Highly recommend! Thanks again, guys!

My husband and I found a leak in our house today, which was a Sunday and they answered our call and were over within an hour! I can’t say enough good things about this company and the work that they performed for us! Both gentlemen were incredibly friendly and professional and told us exactly what they were doing and why. If you’re having a problem trust me and call them! I’m so glad we found them.

All Plumbing service was awesome. Called other "24" hour service guys, but no one answered. They were the only 24 hour service that was available on call, and were at my office within the hour of making the call. Fast, reasonable pricing. If you need quick and great service. Give them a call.

Exceptional customer service and overall a pleasant experience start to finish. We had a leak in our water heater, the technician (Pat) showed up in about 45 minutes, he located the issue and had the estimate (with different money saving options) prepared within an hour and completed the installation by the end of the day. He was very friendly and went above and beyond what was required of him. The staff and owner (Ahmad) of All Plumbing Services were very helpful and very kind. I would recommend them 10 times over to anyone in need of plumbing services.
