First visit was great because I dealt with the young lady. She got me the parts I needed and I was in and out. Second visit ruined my entire view of the place. Had to deal with the older guy who was rude from the start. I wanted more of the part that I had before and he kept telling me that they never carried it. I then tried to explain to him the situation and he yelled at me "Look, I'm trying to help you!". I then picked up the stuff I brought in and told him thanks for being a jerk and walked out. Just because I'm not a licensed plumber doesn't mean I deserve to be treated like that. Would not recommend visiting this place until that guy gets whatever is wrong in his head fixed.

Great place for hard to find parts. The old man is crotchy old grump, so come prepared with what you need or get verbally antagonized by him. He apparently has a big chip on his shoulder with anything related to big box stores and novices that ask questions. I would give 5 stars if the old man wasn't an ass to his customers.

We have a 20 year old kitchen faucet and needed parts for it. This place had exactly what we needed.
The line to get in went all the way down the ramp, but it moved quickly and efficiently.
Once inside we were directed into another line that went up to the counter. They had three people working and they were all top notch! We just happened to get someone with a fantastic sense of humor!
Considering what this city just went through with the freezing weather and snow I would imagine this place has been so busy lately.
So if you need it, they have it!

Helpful every single time I go in there . Being a home owner issues occur for water and plumbing and they have all the items I needed every time.

The 2 men working the counter on Sat.April 10 were not very supportive. The old gangster-looking old short man was very rude with his input. Just interrupted when he heard us speaking to the taller younger man. He had already been arguing with a woman when we arri ed so anticipated bad customer service feom the start. We got what we expected.
They sold some nice products for decent prices but I dont like giving my hard earned money to rude businesses.

This place is great - they saved me $500!

I have an older caroma toilet that I thought I needed to replace after talking to a few plumbing companies. The toilet just needed a $4 seal - which Alex the great helped me find.

Don't waste your time with a plumber - the guys here know all things plumbing.

Ask for Alex the great or Elian. They will hook you up and save you $$$

I have been going to this place for nearly 20 years and they have always been a little more expensive because they are an independent. I expect to pay a little more for the service. But, recently they have embarked on an expensive advertising campaign and their prices have skyrocketed. I bought a part I am very familiar with and the price was $59. I told the man that is should be about $20. He said that prices had gone up all over as if the manufacturer had raised prices. Later I went to both Lowe's and Home Depot and the part is still $20 and you can find it on the internet for as low as $13. No place in the country sells it for $59 as far as I could determine. I went back in and said there must be a pricing error. They refused to give me any refund and said they are always more expensive than Home Depot and proceeded to give me several examples. When I checked their examples I found they were now more than twice the price of Home Depot and Lowe's. They have become a ripoff. They have also put conditions on refunds such as no refunds on Saturdays and a 25% restocking fee. Sad to see a good business turn to such tactics.

Incredible service from Isaac! He actually checked our old faucet first to see if it could be repaired but it had a crack in the hardware. Isaac also found a much better, sturdier brand of our faucet so we wouldn't have this problem again. Best customer service we have EVER received thanks to Isacc.

Thank you so much to Isaac Ortiz for his assistance on Saturday, January 8, 2022. I live in Hondo and had called to see if your company could help me identify a part I needed. Isaac looked at a picture we sent and confirmed Faucet Parts did in fact have the needed replacement part. It was almost 1:00 PM and the store would close at 2:00. We hurried to get there and arrived 5 minutes before 2:00 and the door was locked. They had not been busy so had been told to go ahead and close. After informing Isaac we had just spoken with him earlier and drove in to SA from Hondo as quickly as we could. He allowed us to go ahead and come in to purchase the part so we would not have to make the trip again or order online and wait to receive the needed part. Isaac could have said, I am sorry, we have closed already, but he chose to go ahead and assist us. It was still just minutes after 2:00 when we were all leaving the store. Isaac, I really appreciate your assistance. Faucet Parts will be my first stop any time I need plumbing parts in the future.

Had the "hard to find" parts I needed on two separate occasions. Both times the two different customer service reps were very helpful and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. On the most recent visit in April 2018 I was helped by Simon. Thanks for helping me save a few hundred dollars!

We called Faucet Parts looking for a tool or key to remove a Delta faucet filter. They told us, since we did not know the number of the faucet we had we would need to purchase the package of keys or be able to choose the correct tool/key from the assortment. They said they had them. We drove to their location and they were rude. One person was sitting at the desk looking at her phone. Another person asked to help us and then told us he didn't think they had the tools. He walked away and left me with another person to help me. This individual went to the back and brought out 2 separate keys to show me. The girl looked up and said they might have some in another location and finally got up to look. I realize they do not enjoy helping individuals that don't really know what they need. But if they don't want to do this, maybe they need to find something they actually enjoy doing.

Grumpy employee didn't want to exchange a damaged part that I purchased the day before. He accused me immediately that I did it. I explained to him that everything was put in a box for me and I did not see the defective part . He got mad and grabbed a new part and threw it on the counter with a force to demonstrate how this part could not have been defective. Very scary. A co worker had to calm him down . This is just poor customer service from an employee who feels he is there forever and can treat customers that way. I will not go there anymore and instruct my plumbers to purchase parts somewhere else.

For what I needed, they were great. I'm not a plumber so they walked me through the process and gave me options while explaining the differences. Could've went to big box closer to home but there's a quality difference the you can see in the parts.
Had to update what is a negative for me. Their hours are similar to my work hours so it can be difficult to get there but even worse if you have a return. They have a tiny 10 day return window. Again, I'm not a plumber so I was at the mercy of the plumber I hired's schedule. When we finally made a day/time work, he didn't want to use the parts I purchased. I missed the 10 day window but even if I did the no exceptions 25% restocking fee was going to take me for $50+ I'm sure there's some history that drives this policy but for the average non-plumber working person, its a horrible policy.

I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service! I was greeted the second I walked through the door. Immediately Priscilla assisted me. Her and The supervisor Jon found the part I needed but unfortunately it was discontinued. They still tried to see if there was any other parts available to save me money before having to order an entire kit. Faucet parts & plumbing supplies is definitely there to help you , not rip you off. Go ask for Priscilla and Jon !
