Absolutely terrible drivers. Drives on the shoulder, tailgates while on their cellphone, refuses to yield and cutoffs people at high speeds to then slam on their breaks. This company's drivers do not care about the safety of other drivers, how could they care about the quality of their products when they so obviously do not care about their image on the road.

If you are going to drive like a complete a** on the highway maybe dont broadcast miller plumbing on the side of your truck. I will never recommend or use a company that has drivers that have road rage and cuts people off and potentially can cause accidents.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. The receptionist is extremely rude and could use a lesson in customer service. The staff and plumbers were completely unprofessional. Trust me save yourself the time and energy and take your business elsewhere.

Driver in truck 28 drives like a maniac. Weaving through traffic using the shoulder as a lane. Rides your bumper while on his phone. Doesn't seem like the first complaint about this companies drivers either.

Saw Miller Plumbing at HEB and the driver couldn’t even put his shopping cart in the cart corral. If I can’t trust them with a simple task how I could I trust them with my plumbing.

Customer Service is awful, called to get HELP multiple times and receptionist/supervisor/Owner (Same Lady apparently - Jeanette) become so irate yells to the top of her lungs and hangs up! She can not answer a simple question because my warranty has expired and she can no longer assist us and suggested we find a new plumber. My question: Good morning, my name and address is this, can you please share with me the make/model/name of the toilet pump used in my toilet." Apparently that was too much to ask. Plumbers: The main guys give off a bad/snotty vibe and the helper was super nice.

Customer Service is the worst i've encountered in years, completely awful!! If i could give a -5 star i would. My home is a new build, Miller Plumbing did the install of the plumbing and faucets, and did not flush the lines before install and all drains had tons of sediment
and gunk not properly taken care of, and the piping under the primary sink leaks. Reached out to Miller Plumbing again after initial attempt by them to repair, the receptionist/Owner (Jeanette) is extremely rude and placed the issue on me, saying i did something to the pipes? I had just moved in, and assured her I am no plumber and couldn't change or alter any of it, lol. I call the next morning to inform Miller's about the leaking continuing and Jeanette become so irate about my call, i stating the work needs further investigation for repairs. Jeanette says they will not honor my warranty and the problem is on me to repair, told me end of discussion and hangs up! How are businesses like this still operating, do i get an attorney and take them to court over the small leak that has become a larger issue, or could even cause a larger leak or damage if not properly repaired by a reputable company.... I'm at a loss with how this has become MY issues to take care of!

Buddy has a serious road rage problem. He flipped me off for using the turn lane to get into my own neighborhood. He then proceeded to drive on the left side of the road. He wanted to drive down the turn lane to skip some traffic because he's really impatient. He probably rushes his plumbing work, so I would not hire this guy. He probably sucks at his job. Maybe don't road rage in a work truck with your number and business on it, genius.

We used MMR on our most recent kitchen and bath remodel and the experience and service was fantastic.

these guys are the The worst they mess up your piping and then they don't take responsibility for what they broke or repair when they cannot even do a repair right, stay away from this company warning. Gabe the supervisor cannt even help when he is the one that messed up our piping in the first place
