I don’t live in San Antonio full time but I own a rental property there. A friend recommended Very Good Plumbing when I needed quick turnaround help, and I figured I’d give them a try.

I’m really glad I did. They were professional, on time, and incredibly communicative. Exactly what you hope for when you’re coordinating service remotely. They handled the issue quickly and kept me updated from start to finish which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

Bob is terrific--just what we like in a craftsman-repairman. We discussed what might be the problem with low pressure in our shower, then he came out and fixed it--and because it was an easy fix (removing a small part), he did it and didn't charge us! Who else would do that for a house call? We will gladly use him (and pay him!) for all our plumbing needs from now on.

After receiving a message from SAWS about excessive water use at my Dad's house, we searched for the leak. When we found where we thought it was we called Bob at Very Good Plumbing. He responded immediately by stopping by on his way home to take a look. He confirmed the leak, quoted a price and came out the next day to repair it. I was super glad we got Bob's number from a friend. He discovered what was a pin hole leak in one of our upstairs line causing damage to both our upstairs floor and downstairs ceiling. Grateful that Bob came out on New's Years eve to diagnose and fix the problem. He took the time to explain what had caused the leak and how he plan to fix it.
