We had water pressure issues that a separate company identified as a faulty PRV. Mike came out and immediately IDd the PRV was simply set too low. He was honest and upfront, and saved us several thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs. 100% recommend MMR Plumbing.

Highly recommend MMR Plumbing, the whole crew is just awesome! From the start very friendly, the receptionist was able to work with my work schedule and time frames to set up an appointment. To the gentleman who came out to fix our water leak Mike Martinez he showed up within his time frame, he was able to quickly figure out the issue and fix it. Mike was great with the overall service he provided at our home; he repaired a faucet that was not working, maintenanced two tankless water heaters, replaced the water filter to our water softener and provided an assessment on an old refrigerator; he was very knowledgeable, listened carefully to our concerns. I called MMR Plumbing because we needed to have our gas lines checked in order to upgrade a gas meter per Grey Forest Utilities. Ray Salazar ( master plumber ) took care of us big time. He said he would be at the house by noon. He showed up exactly on time and completed what needed to be done asap. Grey Forest had a form they gave us. Ray filled out the form and emailed it to Grey forest on our behalf. This is a top notch company. Customer service at its best. Everyone I spoke to was awesome to work with. Super professional. Price was right too. If you have any plumbing needs call this company. You wont re-great it.

MMR to the rescue! My water heater failed the night before Thanksgiving and I thought I’d have no hot water for family and guests over the holiday. I called MMR at 8pm and they had a technician at my house by 10pm that night! He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed my leak, and repaired my tankless water heater in about 90mins. Quick response, professional team, and very reasonable price for an emergency call. Go with MMR for your plumbing needs!

Who's the owner how long has it been established what kind of experience does he have

I went in and needed a bib for my home. The woman who helped me was nice and got me the bib i needed but i didn’t realize she gave me the wrong size. No big deal. I went back and she wouldn’t exchange it all bc i lost my receipt. It was a simple exchange but she couldn’t help me out so i just paid another $18 and went about my day. Idk why she made it so difficult but i won’t be going back there.

If you have an older house with older fixtures, this is the place to go. My house was built in 1960. My cold water valve in the master bath shower was leaking. It held for 55 years, can't complain. The rubber o-ring on the inside had rotted out, the metal wasn't in great condition either.

Took bad piece to Home Depot for a replacement. The guy in plumbing section saw it from 3 feet away and said "we don't have it." I was befuddled, but he said he sees them 5-10x a day and KNOWS that they don't stock them. He directed me to Faucet Parts on Fresno. I arrived at about 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and was greeted by Victor Torres. Victor was very helpful. I simply gave him the parts that I needed for replacement, he looked at them, took about 2-3 minutes in the back and came back with everything I needed.

I'll definitely go back. It's worth the drive from the northeast side.
