I have been a customer for at least 10 years. I don't go there often but when I do they have always had what I was looking for. The employees are top notch total professionals. They sell quality parts for a good price. It's a long drive for me but it's definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I have been going to Faucet Parts for all my plumbing needs at home for years now. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and, more than anything, patient. They actively listen to understand your needs and give you the parts and the advice needed to solve your problem. Priscilla in the showroom has a ton of experience to guide you on what faucet or shower system to get for your kitchen or bathroom remodel. I highly recommend Faucet Parts. Thank you guys!

STAY AWAY! These people are swindlers! Went in to get new cartridges for my kitchen sink. They "informed" me of the part I needed (it was the wrong part, wrong part number!) I had the original part in hand and they could NOT match it. When they brought out the "new" cartridge, the package was open and obviously was used. It didn't work when installed. Called a friend who was a professional plumber and he said I was ripped off! They charged me DOUBLE the price and it was not even the correct cartridge. When I returned they tried to tell me that any item that was "installed" would NOT be refunded even though they sold me a part that was opened and installed! Plus, they charge a 25% restock fee. These people are the worst. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. You will be sorry. I was! Never again!

After searching high and low for a very specific faucet valve I found TMS. They knew exactly what I was looking for after barely glancing at the part. I will definitely come here first next time! Thank you TMS!

Bought some plumbing parts. The kid that sold them to me told me that they do not work. I could bring the parts back for a full refund and now They will not give me my money back. These guys are full of it!!! It's pretty sad the business they're running

For all your faucet parts this is the place to come to and they have those hard to find faucet parts. The employee that helped me, was very courteous and knew what I needed.

This is the perfect place to go to if you can't find your faucet fixtures or parts. Even ollllddd parts!!

We have an older house 1960s and our bathroom faucet in the shower/tub started dripping. Called a couple places and stopped by another and nothing. One place I called recommended these guys and he knew exactly what I had when I walked in with my bag of parts. Had exactly what I needed was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service great prices! Sure some weird characters in there like noted in other reviews, but in the end lots of experienced folks that helped me to build a master piece with no real experience.

Elian A is the man! He helped me with a shower faucet problem when my grandson decided to hang on the faucet handle and broke it off the shower wall. Elian sold me everything I needed and explained it in great detail. Very patient and lots of knowledge. Thank you Elian.

Nothing is too old or broken that they can’t find it for you. In the 7 years I have fixing multiple old houses, I have not doubt they will have the parts I need.

I am continually amazed at the people behind the counter. Today I walked in with a faucet, handed it to Mercy behind the counter. She never even asked what it was from. She walked 3 steps to the shelf and pulled the exact part. Never have they not had the correct part. Why would anyone bother to go to a big box store when you can be certain to get the right part at TMS faucet parts.

Priscilla, who helped me is AWESOME. Best service ever. Went to a lot of trouble to locate the desired item and was extremely patient helping me navigate as I am NOT techno. So grateful to find a vendor that still provides excellent customer service

Highly recommend! Priscilla was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to insure I was getting the correct replacement part for my faucet. I tried a couple of others companies first that were less than helpful so I am really glad I found TMS. The staff at the counter are very professional and helpful as well. TMS should be everyone's first choice.
