My home is a new built and granted I may have waited a little too long to call the warranty department about caulking that is coming off my shower fixtures because I thought that asking for it to be reapplied was not going to be such a big deal. I know that I can apply caulking to my own bathroom fixtures, but if it's a new build and the caulking is coming off why would I have to reapply it myself or pay $250 for them to do it? Even if it's such "an easy thing to do" said by their representative. I have lived in older homes have used bleach and have never had issues with my caulking (my other bathroom has no issues, even with the constant cleaning because the kids use it), so the representative's argument about my caulking coming off because of the cleaners I use to clean my bathroom is just a poor excuse. Why have a warranty if you can not use them? I wouldn't recommend your company/business if you cannot recaulk something so small, but have no issues pointing out to me that what I would like done is simple and small.

Greg and the guys with MMR came highly recommended from a builder I work with. I have a couple rentals and Greg and his crew came in CLUTCH on both of them. I called MMR and they promptly responded. Mike came out to my house and was able to fix my low water pressure in my shower quickly. I appreciate their professionalism and I havent had any problems since it was replaced.
