Very Good Plumbing truly lives up to their name. Robert, who came out on a Sunday when others turned me away, was exceptional—professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and walked me through everything in a clear, reassuring way. Bob and his apprentice Nathan were both really professional and easy to talk to! Bob walked me through all of the steps he was going to take to clear my drain and he was up front with pricing (spoiler alert: his pricing is great) which I really appreciated. He also took extra time to walk me through getting a water softener installed when I asked him about it even though that wasn't what the original call was about. I'll definitely keep Bob in mind for any future plumbing needs!

We had a leak in the plumbing system. Bob did a great job finding the leak, which was a result of a blockage, and getting it cleared! He has the right tech to find and fix plumbing issues. He also did it in a quick manner! We will definitely keep him on speed dial for any issues next time.
