Great prices!!! Guys at the counter don't have too much product knowledge of their hot water heaters, so do your own research prior to going.

Super nice people. They didn't carry the part I needed but the they found the part on the web. I took a screen shot of the part and now the part is on the way.

Did not have the part then told me that they could tell me where I could get it if I could get them the brand name when I got them the brand name they had no clue where I could get it. Don't tell anyone you can find something if you can't.

Great part selection. They had a replacement faucet cartridge for a Valley faucet, which are discontinued parts that KB Homes might stick you with!

Not a bad place. People are nice an seem to be easy to work with. I do service work for them an there always willing to help out.

We go to “Will Call” for plumbing supplies weekly.... The man in the back is very friendly and helpful and tries to accommodate us BUT the lady is always in a hurry, not friendly and doesn’t seem to be interested in the fact that you guys called us and said the plumbing part we ordered is not there... Costing us time and delays. She’s actually rude and obnoxious each time I’ve been to “Will-Call”. Otherwise the rest of the team are great. She also gets rude with her co-workers we noticed.

They were polite and courteous. But there knowledge on plumbing was a bite lacking. Yes they seemed very young. A little more training and experience is need. I will continue To go get my plumbing supplies from there.

They have a good amount of parts, and even parts that you don't find in the big box stores. I go there often, as I do kitchen and bathroom remodels.
The only reason for 2 stars is because they take too long to get you ready to go. I can't go in and out in this stores

Only come here if you want to wait in line all day. There were 4 employees stocking shelves and only one behind the counter while there were multiple customers waiting. There is never any sense of urgency for anything

Came into this place yesterday..this was our last Hope to find help with our plumbing! The Staff was Great! .. especially Daniel! A Big Shout out to these workers! Great Attitude ..extremely Helpful! And to a couple of plumbers that were in the store! THANKS AGAIN! I STONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! And GO COWBOYS!👍💯😄💙

They have some of The WORST Customer Service I have experienced. The phone tree service was worthless. I was able to visit 3 other stores on the way waiting for them to answer. When they didn't even know what supplies they had and I was able to drive there faster then get them to answer.
While waiting in a long line for Customer Service, I was able to connect a different store which had the supplies in stock and left.
I will share the low level of service with my friends, family and Business partners.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DO BUSINESSES WITH THEM... EVER!!!

They forgot multiple black iron coupling fittings, on a Friday afternoon, it's on me too for not double/triple checking before I left, but I was in a bit of a rush after dealing with the counter guys and wanting to get back to my job. They were closed when I realized they didn't get us what we were charged for. Next time I won't feel bad for making them do their job, even when they're grumpy if it means I'm not an a bad spot because of them.

Hire some people with customer service skills. Instead of the guys standing behind the counter who look like they would rather be anywhere else in the world. Who's ever in charge of San Antonio needs to clean house.

Guys behind the counter are useless. Get upset when you try to ask them questions. Horrible customer service. Hire some people that want to be there. no one's going to waste their time emailing the corporate office that doesn't do anything and keeps the same people there. "Corporate Recruiting" for Ferguson do better.

Ordered parts from my phone while parked on my driveway, drove to Ferguson, outdoor lockers, I entered the code I was emailed, door opened, I collected my parts with order documentation and was back home on my driveway within 40 minutes of leaving to Ferguson. The trip and convenience of locker location...also, the simplicity of package retrieval made my experience fast and easy.👍
