My entire family has been using Specia Plumbing & Electric for 30 years. There is no one else we trust more for friendly, reliable service and reasonable / competitive pricing!

Had them come out for an estimate. They were over an hour late. Was told they’d be in touch about parts at a later time. After a week, no call. I called several times after just trying to get information and they never returned my calls. Don’t waste your time. Super unprofessional. If you can’t help, just say so.

We have used Specia Plumbing & Electric several times over the last year. Both personally for our home and a rental property. They have always been professional, timely, and honest...and all at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Water heater went out and Chris (dispatcher)
was awesome. She was able to get a plumber out to my home the same day. Prices are affordable and David is top notch! Highly recommended.

We had a toilet fixed at a rental property on Thursday(work order# 167959). Their initial service was very good. The tech was friendly and polite. Friday evening our renters called to say their floor was completely soaked and the toilet was leaking. We called Specia as soon as we got the call. Specia called back to say well sounds like this is a warranty problems vs. maintenance and if I have to send someone out I'll have to pay overtime. Since it is after 6pm I will have to call you back Saturday morning. Here it is Sunday and we have not received a phone call back from Specia. Bottom line was when Specia performed their work the washer was offset in the tank which started leaking. I had to have someone else fix the job Specia was paid to do. We understand these things happen. The biggest disappointment I have with this company is their reaction to the problem and their responsiveness. Companies and people make mistake, this will always happen but a true test of a quality/reputable company is how it responds to their errors. Specia website states they are committed customer satisfaction and quality service. It says they have a reputation for honesty, reliability, and superior service. I’m disappointed to say they did not live up to their reputation.

I would at this point give NO stars if I could! I scheduled a plumber to come out with a 4 day wait. When my day for the onsite inspection & estimate was to take place, I called the plumber "Rudy" who was suppose to be at my house at 4:15, for which I took off work to meet at my home, only to find out he forgot. He asked I could reschedule tomorrow, I explained I couldn't take a another day off from work. He finally arrived around 5:45 pm. After walking through and discussing the project, he told me he should have an estimate for me over the new few days. I had to call 4 times over a 2 week period to get an estimate. When I did, it was so poorly detailed I didn't know what the grand total of $7000+ really included for a 60"x42" tub install to replace my shower only stall. I emailed the company back when I received my estimate and asked for one that reflected more of what we discussed which was the plumber setting the tub and reworking the water lines, I have yet to ever hear back from them again! I hate have my time wasted, and if you do too, avoid going here.

Called late yesterday for a toilet repair necessary for a final walk through at a nearby business. Was initially told that a tech could be there between 10am and 2pm today. Was pleasantly surprised when we received a call early this morning that a tech was available! Prices were very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend Specia Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional plumbing company.

We were referred to Specia Plumbing through a family member who vouched for them. Big mistake.

    Scope of work:
    Re-connect gas line to stove
    Disconnect and re-connect kitchen sink
Disconnect and re-connect 3 bathroom sinks
Disconnect and re-connect 1 bathroom sink (not included in original quote)

He gave me a verbal quote for $150 (not including 1 bathroom sink, which we added later). The first trip they did nothing, just walked around looking at what needed to be done, even though I told the owner exactly what it was. The second trip, they worked a while and left something loose which caused a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Fortunately we heard the water dripping before we went to bed and shut off the water supply to that bathroom. So they had to come out a third time to fix that and finish the other tasks.

He sends me a bill for almost $1400. I ask why it's so much, and he seriously tried to explain it to me as if I was getting a deal. He says: "Oh, that's for ALL of the labor, not just one item...". It was also at this point that he tells me their normal hourly fee is $168/hr, which he had NEVER mentioned before. They also had $170 worth of parts on the bill ON TOP OF $40 worth of parts that I paid for out of pocket at Home Depot. Again, they never said there was $170 worth of parts needed (and yes, I did ask because I was going to home depot and I knew they'd overcharge me, so I asked if they needed me to get anything and they said no). Says he'll look at it and call me back. I think the first time we 'negotiated' the price, he knocked off like $200. After another week and getting the person who referred us to Specia Plumbing involved, he dropped it to $600 (better, but nowhere near what he quoted us). He finally dropped it to 4 hours worth of labor, minus the cost of parts ($400 something dollars). We were tired of arguing and accepted, but I promised myself I wouldn't stay quiet, and I ABSOLUTELY will not refer anyone to them in the future.

David worked with us on pricing for a water heater and delivered, installed and removed the old water heater. He even followed up to make sure we had hot water and everything was working. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you David.

I want to give a big thank you to Specia Plumbing for being quickly responsive. My shower handles were suddenly leaking due to the washers being worn out.

I called mid day Friday to see if they could send someone out later that afternoon but were already booked out for the day. I asked if they could come Saturday and they said yes. I was told that they would arrive between 11am and 1pm.

David and his helper called me Saturday morning to say they were on their way and arrived shortly thereafter. They wasted no time checking out and replacing the worn out parts. They were quick, professional and we are very grateful that they were able to timely fix our problem.

    Thanks Guys,

Was referred to them by family friend but we've had a bad experience. I feel they don’t stand behind their work or word. They charged $800 to “fix” a burst pipe last year which took them 2 hours to do(that is $400/hr mind you). This year, what do you know, the same pipe burst again. So we shut off our water right away. When we called to request help with this they said they didn’t have appts for 5 days. If we waited 5 days to pay you, would that be acceptable? Most certainly not. Frustrating to have this happen again and even more frustrating to not have any help in a timely manner. We had to find someone else, who came out the same day and charged a fraction of the cost.

Called Rudy for a water heater installation in my attic. Gave me a price and said he could do it the next day if I picked up the water heater. Father and son showed up to install and I was amazed on how they worked together. The son carried the new water heater up the stairs to the attic by himself on his back. He also brought the old water heater down and even another old water heater down and took for discarding. The workmanship was great. A little bit of cleanup on my end but we were very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend.
They also did my daughter's 2 water heaters in the attic and they were also very satisfied.

Robert Jordan did a quick and awesome job with clogged drains. Showed up on scheduled time very knowledgeable. Other competitors wanting to charge rediculous amount for service and quoting an outrageous amount. I am glad i waited for Robert.

Our family has used Mr Jordan for over a decade . He is honest and a hard worker who does exceptional work . If you decide to call him , you would not be disappointed.

I saw Jordan Plumbing had good reviews, so I called him. The reviews were right! He called me back within 30 minutes, came right out within the next 90 minutes, and told me I needed to pick out a kitchen faucet I liked so he could make the repair. l let him know when I had the faucet and he came the same day to install it, and no more flooding in my kitchen. He was great.

I was referred by another retired plumber to Jordan Plumbing. Robert Jordan came the next day and put in a new kitchen faucets for me. Excellent work at a good price. Thank you again Robert. I appreciated you coming out in the rain.

Mr. Jordan has helped out with many issues. He installed a new kitchen sink disposal, fixed two commodes, unclogged a shower drain and took care of a problem with the washing machine. Each time I've reached out, he's been able to come almost immediately and gets everything done quickly at a reasonable price.
