I called EL Smith to identify a gas leak in the morning and received a quick response. James Sing asked what time would be convenient for him to come by and we answered any time today 11/14/25. He said he would be at our home at 1pm. He arrived before 1pm prepared to identify the gas leak and repair it. We were thankful for him coming quickly and impressed with all he did to identify the leak. Once he established where the problem was he quoted us a price and we agreed to it and he quickly started the work. His helper handed him tools and was also helpful in removing the old gas pipes. James attention to detail and safety addressed all our safety concerns. He quoted a price and honored it. His years of experience and plumbing knowledge are a plus in getting the job done correctly. We have used EL Smith before and have always had a good outcome. Thank you James Sing.

Bobby never quits! That should be his motto! We had a persistent clog (turned out to be a broken pipe) but he eventually found a way to access the break and clean it out so we could have a working toilet through the Christmas break. Next job - dig a tunnel and replace the pipes! Thank you for never giving up!
