Picked up a part for Caroma toilet. Service was slow but they were very friendly and courteous.

1140 AM and they close their doors and no more answering of phones on a Saturday morning.

Said open online counter sales door open, gates are all locked and no one answering phone after I drove all the way here. Guess there having a party. Make sure actually open before wasting time

Hands down the worst parts house expect the wait an hour and a half before you can be seen at the counter it doesn't matter one person or 500 people there is no sense of urgency or care
