Great huge supply place, but still happy to take care of the little guy who needed a six inch piece of brass pipe. Great service!

This is a plumbing supply house, that is all they do so they do it well
If you are looking for that fancy faucet, they can order it.
But Faucet supply just might have it in stock.
I have seen just about everything.
European countries have different pipe thrrads, so a plumber might put NPT threads on on end and metric on the other end.
Take that to a big box store and see if they figure it out, leave alone help you.
But a plumbing store, like this, will soon have an answer for you.
This is not a store with a plumbing section, this is a plumbing store.

These guys don't care about their customers. Waited over 30 min. with only 4 people in front of me. Only one guy at counter and would not call for counter assistance even though customers are like 10 deep. This place sucks for sure.

By far the worst of the Moore plumbing supply house. Have been here a number of times within the past year and have never walked in those doors and left before a 45 min wait regardless of what the reason of my visit was. There is no customer service there is no professionalism and I dread the days this is the closest supply house near the job

They had plumbing part I needed. But I did not expect to pay for it. Turns out "Caroma" parts are now for sale. They used to be no fee. Personnel behind counter are very knowledgeable .

Great service!! Impossible to find headed from freeway. Faces away from road. I passed it twice. They were the only store in town that still carrys parts for the "free" Caroma toilet the city gave out.

Bad management poor service at this store on Frio. I had to wait 2 hours. When I asked for a manager they said managers don’t come down to help.
They don’t care about customers like me and my husband who have been coming here for years.

Tend to have all your parts. Average wait time... hour and a half

Typical old fashion Plumbing Store. I'm glad there was No Stools because then they have long conversations with their regulars. Had a short wait but I got what I needed. I can always price check at Box Stores. No restock fee for returns, I like that!

The other Moore Supply's around town are great however the Frio location on the Will Call is very poor , they have two speeds slow and stop , even when it's over an hour for will call they still don't have the parts ready and you still have an average wait time of 30 minutes or more

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible service every single time and you’re almost guaranteed to have parts missing/wrong. I went 3 different times in one day because it was close by and every single time my parts were wrong. Worst parts house in all of SA.

Great place to buy all your plumbing parts. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of all types of plumbing. Highly recommend this place.
