I called 4M Plumbing after a great referral in San Antonio and was impressed. My plumber Will arrived on time, was very friendly and honest, and fixed my leak efficiently. I loved how reliable and punctual the whole team was – will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Will was very professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly and great to work with. Our clogged drain was fixed in short order and he corrected an issue under the sink as well that was installed incorrectly by someone else. I highly recommend his work.

Update: while originally I posted about lack of communication, these guys were gracious and able to come out asap and solve our problems and then some. Our house is old and has problems but Will was able to come in and educate us and help us out greatly. This is the third time they’ve come out to help us and while I hope our plumbing holds out, I will be continuing business with 4M. Thank you!!

Made an appointment on Thursday, they said they would come out Friday between 2-4…it’s now Saturday and they never showed up. Not a call or anything. I called because they fixed my shower before and it’s not working and still within warranty. Even at that time, the plumber was late and never called. This is a pattern not a good way to do business.

I was concerned when the hot water didn't work, but William from 4M Plumbing was incredibly efficient and arrived right on time. He were friendly, honest about what needed to be done, and completed the repair quickly. The whole experience felt reliable and reasonably priced, and I’ll definitely call them again if I need any work – they’re the best plumbers near me in San Antonio.

I contacted 4M Plumbing to check my brine tank to make sure it was working properly, the technician arrived as scheduled and inspected the system to make sure everything was working, and will check with manufacturer to make sure the system is working to specifications.

William has done a great job with our issues today! He fixed a leak, a clogged drain and a faucet! Always dependable!

Great work as always from Will. He installed my water heater a few months back and gave me great price and quick turn around. Just recently I had my water main break in my front yard. He came out same day and worked late to get it resolved. Thanks again!

4M did a great job replacing my water heater. Will showed us a few options and they were all very reasonably priced. The original piping was installed where the shutoff valve was impossible to access, so we chose the option to modify that at the same time.

I have used 4M multiple times over the span of several years and they always deliver, unlike other local plumbers. Their costs are reasonable and William always goes a great job. He was able to upgrade my 54 year old washer connections within an hour and everything works as it should.

A life saver. My toilet started making bubbling noises the night prior and I assumed I could hold off on a plumber. Unfortunately, it disagreed and sewage started coming out of my tub the following night! It was already after 9pm but Will took my call and was at my door in about 45 minutes. He took the time to explain what was happening (turned out to be a giant clog 40 feet deep!) and what he could do. He took the time to educate and what to keep in mind for the future since the pipes are from 1960 and the house doesn't have a clean out. He was very polite and took care to come in and out with booties over his shoes. The next morning, he came back to fix a leak from the very old valve on my toilet. I really appreciate his professionalism and dedication to make sure I had a fully functional toilet again. Thank you!
