I had an unsettling experience with a Medina Plumbing vehicle on I-10 recently. The driver of the company vehicle was aggressively tailgating and then cut me off in a construction zone, creating a dangerous situation. This behavior is particularly concerning given that the vehicle represents Medina Plumbing on the road. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses the safety and professionalism of their drivers to ensure the well-being of all road users.

Rafael and his companion did a great job replacing the old water heater right in time before the holiday. I have been using their services for the past 8 years and Eloy and his team have always provided the best service.

We Contacted Jerry's during the worst of the Great Blackout/Snowstorm of 2021 for help with a busted pipe- like every other homeowner in SA this week. Jerry has been incredibly polite, professional, helpful, transparent and even followed up to check on us a day after we contacted him! We haven't even been able to have him service our home-cause it's still snowing- but I'm posting this review anyways because of how comfortable he has made us feel at a time when I'm certain he is NOT hurting for work.

I used Jerrys Pipe Check Plumbing to install a water heater. Several of the pipes he used were cast-iron and they rusted and leaked within two years. I tried calling him and left many messages and texts with him and he never called me back. But I do not recommend this company.
I hired an individual who, just by looking at the photo I sent him and you're looking at below came with all the brass fittings and repaired it in 90 minutes. My cost of labor was only $100. Much much less than Jerry.

What an awesome company- from the owner to the scheduler to the rep who came out and helped with all of the things we had going on, he took the time to listen and make realistic suggestions as well as knowing just what was needed to fix what had to be fixed. Highly recommend! 💪♥️

Woke up to my water heater spraying water all over my garage. I called DH Plumbing first thing and Dalton arrived quickly to assess the problem. He was able to fix the leak and actually found and fixed another leak while he was working. I feel good about the work DH Plumbing does because they use quality parts and explain everything along the way. Thanks Dalton for your quick response and excellent work. I am a newbie to the area of Pipe Creek and was nervous about what I thought would be a long process of trying various plumbing companies before I found the one I highly approved of. DH Plumbing's communication with the customer/potential customer was outstanding. Everyone I dealt with from the office manager to our really wonderful, Walter with DH Plumbing were top notch.

One nice feature that this company has is when a technician is assigned to you, DH will send you a photo of that person. In these crazy day and age I like that added comfort of knowing the person getting out of their vehicle is not going to be a scammer.

I called DH Plumbing for a water heater replacement and a leak in our water line near the street. They sent Jerson, a very knowledgeable young man, who was patient with my wife and me while we set up payments.

At first, he thought the job would be a quick fix and install—but the leak turned into a nightmare that even required NBU’s involvement. Through it all, Jerson stayed on top of the situation and never left us hanging. He installed the water heater professionally and quickly, and he handled the leak as best as possible (if it weren’t for the city’s equipment delays, it would’ve been finished much sooner).

Here we are at 11:00 pm, and Jerson is still monitoring the work with NBU to make sure everything is complete. What dedication!

No water in holding tank to determine leak site. Plumber will return on Friday to locate and fix leak once water flows through line . Cost unknown yet

Before I go further, full disclosure, I am a real estate agent (almost 12 years), so I have a lot of access and options to trade services and contractors. DH Plumbing, is my “GO TO” 🌟 plumbing company for both client referrals and personal repair at our home.

We live in the Texas Hill Country, and our well has always had good pressure but has filthy, I describe it at caustic, water. We have a commercial grade water softener and iron filter. A 2,700 gallon storage tank that allows sediments to settle to the bottom. An electric scale blaster that ionizes the water at our water heater (we have replace whole system 3 times and heating elements 5 times in our current tank. The connections in our plumbing regardless of being brass, galvanized or copper have all been “eaten” by our water.

On a recent Friday Morning we woke to not having any water. No water means no showers, no handwashing, no toilets!!! A call to DH was answered promptly by a LIVE PERSON, and we had our technician Matt on the way before 9:00 am. Repairs were completed and water was restored within hours. We had some pressure issues by the afternoon (common with our water issues) and Matt returned before the end of the day (now it was 6:00 pm) and he had higher pressure restored and everything running smoothly before he headed home for her evening.

AMAZING, company and associates. An owner who has shown up himself, and a business that supports his local community. A well deserved 5⭐️!!

Walker, the technician was respectful and knowledgeable. He finished and fixed my toilet fast. I will continue to utilize them for my plumbing needs. Would recommend them anytime.
