The service people Matt and Zach were extremely professional experienced and did their job quickly and did their job well and I really appreciated the experience

Super experience with DH Plumbing today! Scheduling an appointment was a snap. I received a message with the Associates name and photo along with his contact info and location. They let me know when they'd be here and called shortly before arriving. The DH Associate, Walter was punctual, personable and professional. He went directly to the source of my issue, figured it out, took the time to explain and enlighten me as to the problem and the steps to correct and fix the problem. Great experience and totally appreciated the entire DH team. Thanks y'all!!

The guys did a great job installing my new water softener. Matt explained everything well and was very professional and courteous.

We just had to have the gas line from the meter to the house replaced. DH Plumbing provided exceptional service. Our main technician was Walter, who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The owner, Dalton, also came around throughout the process and is a stand up guy. They moved fast on the job since we had no gas to the house. They even worked the Saturday of Easter weekend for us. Excellent communication and updates. As business owners ourselves, my husband and I understand the importance of good service and communication, and DH met them all the way!

Jerson was very friendly and professional. He even shared his knowledge with me as to how he was fixing my plumbing issue. Would absolutely like to work with him again.

Great job on having a driver who breaks the law- not stopping when a school bus’s red flashing lights are on- WHILE children are loading- is against the law. All while in your company vehicle. Disgusting.
Edited to add that Dalton called me first thing this morning and we had a good conversation & he assured me that the driver would be taken care of- thank you for caring for our kiddos!

Matt was helpful, knowledgeable and worked quickly to resolve my plumbing issue. He cleaned up when he completed his work. The office staff was courteous keeping me up to date on my appointment time and making sure someone saw me today. Would recommend.

DH Plumbing is great, wonderful phone service and great service Technician “Dalton “ easy to talk to and explained the process. I so happy Dalton was able to fix the jam in my garbage disposal. I will definitely call them again if needed..

Pretty quick over all, on the phone and in person. Jerson, give that guy a raise/bonus. Took the time to check for other things, and report on them, was quick to get in and out. Never felt like I asked a dumb question. DH is a little pricey, but you can not fault them on their service or the parts they use for the job so at least you walk away feeling like you got your monies worth.
I think I'll try them again if I ever need them.
I had them out to check on a possible leak, then sine they were here, I had them flush my tankless water heater.

Matthew and the other Matthew did an awesome job with fixing the 2 separate leaks we experienced during our “cold front” they were fast and efficient. Both very friendly. They did not disappoint. 10/10 recommend their services for those who need to get the job done quickly. Thank you again!

I called DH plumbing, the lady that answered was polite & professional. I had an irrigation leak. Appointment was scheduled same day.
Technicians arrived on time, both very professional. I dealt with Matt. They diagnosed problem, gave me an estimate. Promptly set to work. Job completed & very well done. Thanks guys!

Omg what can I say other than Wonderful Awesome I would recommend Jerson for anything plumbing wise you need, he was sweet, honest and trust worthy!!! I thought about another company til I meet him and knew this is the company I wanted to work with!!! If you need someone this is your company and you guy!!! He won’t quit until the job is done correctly!!! Thanks again I will use them again and twice on Sunday!!

We had a gas leak and CPS shut off our gas, we had no hot water, could not use our stove, it was a huge problem. I called 3 other plumbing companies that quoted me an insane bill. When DH plumbing came, they made me feel comfortable and like they were going through the problem with me. They offered me the best affordable solution which ended up saving me thousands of dollars. They had quick service, they were kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommended them and will definitely use them in the future.

Clean out was backing up this morning. Called Eager Plumbing at 12:00 noon they were at my house by 2:15. Thorough job cleaned up well for a very decent price. Thanks.

Jerson came and gave me all my options along with suggestions. The team was able to finish my work in about 4 hours. After they finished Jerson gave me a walkthrough of the equipment. Everything was awesome from start to finish. I’m looking forward to having soft water again! Thank you soooo much!

Ralph Enriquez came out to our home to declog our kitchen sink, our home was built in 2001 so you can only imagine the years of gunk that had ended up down our lateral lines... it was a big job but he worked hard in getting our lines clean, and he did just that! A hard worker and pays attention to detail! He is very knowledgeable and in talking with him, like you've known him you're whole life. Wishing Ralph and his family Many Many blessings.
