We had them come out due to a low water pressure issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem and found that it was caused by a defective pressure regulating valve. They replaced it efficiently, and the water pressure is now perfect. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with—highly recommend!

Sergio is honest, conscientious, and diligent. He arrived when he said he would, troubleshoot the problem, then offered me different repair options. He then troubleshoot a second discrepancy I brought up and instead of trying to sell me something that I did not need, he advised that it was a non-issue. VERY HONEST GUY! After his visit he kept in contact with me to make sure I was satisfied. He is going in my contacts and will be my families plumber. Highly recommend him!

We moved into a new home and had some plumbing issues that we wanted to address. Sergio schedule an appointment for us and he and Nick showed up on time. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain our options and NEVER pushed for higher priced options. They did a wonderful job with the plumbing we had done and will be contacting them again. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and honesty!

Do yourself a favor and call Done Right! Had an outside leak and pressure issue so I gave them a call and was told $175 for a service call past operating hours. Sergio happened to live in the neighborhood, so he waved the fee and came out to my house and started digging once I explained where I thought the leaks was coming from. Customer service was unmatched and I will be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future.

If you are looking for someone who will answer the phone, give you an upfront quote (and actually stick to it), show up on time, communicate, and get the job done this is your guy. During this recent freeze, I had a busted pipe on the outside spigot and called maybe 10-15 other companies and plumbers with zero luck. Called Pedro at 5pm, and he quoted me after sending him photos and was at my house within 30 minutes, parts in hand. I can't stress enough how efficient and easy this guy was to work with, and he was able to get everything installed and water back on before 7pm even hit. He saved me so much headache and was just a stand-up and professional guy all around. Please save yourself any future headaches and give Pedro a chance. He will now be my go-to plumber.

I highly recommend little chief plumbing!!! As a realtor, it is hard to find someone who is reliable, fast, and does a great job. I had a couple of items on an inspection report come back in need of repair from a house I had listed, and he was able to come out same day, repaired the items within an hour or two, at an reasonable price. Highly recommend Little Chief Plumbing! Woke up at 5 am on a Sunday morning to no water!!! Called Pedro and he was out within the hour and had us up and running in no time!
