I have used All Things Water for at least 10 years at 2 houses. I have also referred them to my neighbors multiple times. All Things Water is always professional and solves my issue on the first visit. This is hands-down the best household plumbing service in San Antonio.

Ulysses has great work ethic and I trust him enough that I hired him to do work for my mother and never got involved in the discussions. We've used him several times and we had delightful experiences each time.

I recently had to deal with a broken tub faucet kit. He did a no cost estimate. Prior to arriving, he sent text messages to provide estimated arrival time.

He gave brand recommendations and even took time to send links to a few candidates the following day. Completely unexpected and much appreciated.

The install ran into a component issue and the faucet wouldn't stop the water flow. Cutoff values were installed before the faucet kit and he provided clear instructions on getting replacement parts under the faucet warranty.

Ulysses was fantastic. Was able to replace the expansion tank on my water heater quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. Strongly recommend that you call All Things Water for your above ground plumbing issues.

Was very happy with the service. The plumber from Powerful San Antonio Drain Cleaning was the person who came out for the estimate and he was very knowledgeable plus helpful. Answers all our question, most likely we will go with them to replace our water heater. Would recommend to anyone.

The plumber from Powerful San Antonio Drain Cleaning & Plumbing visited us to replace a toilet and to inspect some of the plumbing in our house, and I was quite satisfied. The work didn't go as planned but they didn't charge us anything more for the extra time spent ensuring the job was done well. First let me say I have used this service many times. In fact, I have gotten service from him twice this year! I Live in San Antonio!

My last service was a leak that was in my wall. Paul came and fixed the repair. This was a couple of months ago.

There is a leak once again in the same area that was repaired. I called and asked if he could come by and look at it. he asked if I could get someone to open the wall to see if was his work that was leaking( to help him out he said),I told him I wasn’t going to do that. He said he would come when he had the chance. A week later it was “how do you know it’s my work that’s messed up?(I don’t know that, but since he was the last person to repair that area ,I prefer he look at it), then a couple of days later “I no longer work in San Antonio ( after he did 2 jobs for me in San Antonio).

Obviously the repair will be done by another business. But I will never use nor suggest his business again.

I have known Paul for 20+ years, and he has always done a fantastic job on any plumbing service he has provided. He is very responsive and prompt on emergency calls, and he does a great job educating me of issues needing attention. I highly recommend Malone Plumbing!

BE CAREFUL!! my son and I were driving on Bandera Rd today and a van being driven by and older man drove us off the road. He was swerving all over the road. I thought he was having a medical situation so I followed him for quite a while. Turns out he was absolutely drunk. Crashed into signs, drove the wrong way on Bandera Road as cars were coming, swerving everywhere. He stopped at one point and parked. 3 different cars all stopped and went to speak to him, he was BEYOND drunk... he reeked of alcohol. I would never trust anyone from this company if they allow them to drink and drive while on the clock and in their work vehicles. Cops were called but they never found him. He could have killed an innocent person. It was a terrifying afternoon watching this drunk driving all over the road and I couldn't do a damn thing to warn anyone!

BEWARE! ZERO STARS! I worked for "Lucky" for two weeks. When I got hired there was no running water or toilet. We had to go to a nearby store. He micromanaged me, berated me, and never paid me. I was never trained about how the business ran. He expected me to "catch on" to a job (Office Manager) after three days.

Paid $500 deposit for installing a residential meter. After months of only being told,"I need to talk with DSD," and zero work done, he got upset when I confronted him about it. In anger, he said he would pay me back my deposit, hanging up. He never reached out to me after. I am unable to reach him. His location is always closed. I would not use this guy. Good chance he will take your deposit and never do the work based on my experience with him.

I called Prime Time Plumbing for an emergency plumbing situation that would have cost me thousands of dollars had it not been repaired immediately. I was in a panic. I had a major leak that was flooding my front yard. the owner of Prime Time Plumbing showed up and went to work. mr luckett and his team were fast and professional and kept me informed every step of the way. mr luckett took the time to educate me as well. i really appreciate mr luckett and his team and will definitely use their services again if needed.

This defunct company is a joke. I paid him a $1,500 deposit to purchase materials for a new construction home. He never did any work. Never delivered materials. He did bring some equipment to the job site and then left it there from October of 2023 until the end of July 2024 and never paid me back and never answered my calls/emails. Now he’s threatening to call the police to get his equipment back. Do NOT conduct business with these people. Career losers that move from one plumbing scheme to the next.

Please avoid this company. Ernest Luckett still owes me unpaid fees from 2019, to the point where Texas Workforce agreed that my claim was valid.

The company doesn't complete work in a timely manner, nor does the owner return phone calls or emails, or requests for arbitration regarding the funds that I am still owed, which is in excess of $1,000.00, before the fines that TWC has levied on the company.

I have records and copies of all the work that I did and wasn't paid for and I never signed any kind of confidentiality or non-compete clause which would prevent me from answering any questions about the company.
