Adam installed our RO system, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was extremely friendly, took the time to explain everything in detail, and did the work very thoroughly. He even pointed out other issues we weren’t aware of, which was incredibly helpful. On top of all that, his pricing was very reasonable.

We thought we had a plumbing leak under our slab. They were able to use the camera and isolate the leak, finding the break. We are very happy with the work done so far. They were very professional and explained everything along the way.

o5 has great customer service from top to bottom. The plumber helping out (Nelson) was very communicative, willing to answer all questions, and knowledgeable. We ran into some head scratching issues, both owners showed up and helped diagnose and resolve the issue. They were fair with their cost and did their best to help me any chance they saw an opportunity. Would highly recommend if you want plumbers who will get the job done right. We've had them out on more than one occasion and their service is always fast and complete.

Most recently we had a pipe break with the below-freezing temperatures. One call and the owner had Adam dispatched within an hour. He replaced the broken parts with a better alternative solution to avoid future problems.

While there we asked him to take a look at another issue we had with a sink drain installed by the previous owners. Initially he thought it was going to require cutting into the wall and adjusting pipes. After reevaluating, Adam was able to rework the drain pipes with no extra expensive repairs. Drain works perfectly now.

Finally, the most important thing for me, is finding a company and service techs that are upfront and honest, and that we can trust in our home. Found them.

I can’t say enough good things about Adam from O5 Plumbing. He’s a veteran, and as a veteran myself, supporting a veteran-owned company was important to me, but beyond that, he truly delivered outstanding service.

The city shut off my gas due to a corroded and leaking pipe. Adam came out, diagnosed the issue right away, replaced the damaged gas line, and made sure everything was brought up to code. His workmanship was solid, professional, and done right the first time.

The city returned for inspection and had zero issues, they turned the gas back on without hesitation. That level of quality and reliability speaks for itself.

We had a sewer line backing up into our home this morning, and Adam from O5 Plumbing came out on his day off to help us. He showed up quickly, was extremely professional, and immediately got to work. The last company we used (Anchor Plumbing) charged us an arm and a leg just to run a camera. Adam not only ran the camera, but also cleaned out the sewer line and removed the blockage — all for half the price we paid before.

What really stood out was his honesty and communication. He kept in touch with his boss throughout the visit to make sure everything he told us — from the diagnosis to the cost — was accurate and fair. It made us feel very confident in his work and his knowledge.

We also really appreciated that he’s a veteran and that O5 Plumbing is veteran-friendly, offering military discounts. That meant a lot to us.

Overall, Adam went above and beyond. Fast, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring service. We highly recommend O5 Plumbing and will absolutely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Excellent service and very professional.
Mid-afternoon on Friday (New Year’s Weekend), found out we had a significant leak in our main water line very close to the meter. Denny had Sean arrive onsite within a few hours. After lots of digging and investigation, he determined that we needed parts that he did not have on his truck. Arrangements were made for Denny to come the next morning (Saturday) with the necessary parts and complete the job. By mid-day on Saturday, everything was repaired and buttoned back up. Overall, an excellent job by both plumbers. Great communication all the way through the repair process and they let you know the costs upfront. If they run into any surprises they make sure to keep you informed as the job proceeds. Highly recommend their services!

We had a clogged bathroom sink from a blown A/C condensation
line. The owner was so kind to us and came out and solved the problem right away. He gave us suggestions to help avoid the problem again. We will for SURE use Jilly Plumbing again when any plumbing needs arise. Thank you so much Denny for being so honest and courteous.

Denny has been out to our house a couple of times now for different things, and if I ever need a plumber again, he'll be the first one I call. He shows up when he says he will. He's up front about everything he's going to do and doesn't try to upsell or overcharge. He explains the issue in detail and makes sure you know what you're paying for and why. We had called Jilly plumbing about a sewer line clog. It turned out to be cracked and it needed to be repaired. Denny and his assistant were able to do the repair in several hrs. As other reviews have mentioned, the thing that set Jilly apart from other plumbing companies was he was able to clearly explain what the problem was, repair options and costs. We will using them again.

We had two of our water heaters replaced by Jilly Plumbing, and they were fantastic. Denny was so easy to work with and goes beyond in making sure the customer is happy. He came in on MLK day to check out our water heater and drove across town to find one to replace that same day! He provided pictures and explained everything thoroughly. We are grateful to have found them and will be sure to reach out to them for any future plumbing needs!

We needed the shut-off valve for the refrigerator water line fixed and Denny was the only one that gave a reasonable estimate. The other plumbing companies were ridiculously expensive like 3-5 times. Denny and Addison did the work for a reasonable price and very quickly ... In an hour compared to 4-7 how worked by other companies. I am sure I will be calling on their services for all my future plumbing needs.

Would recommend this guy to any family out there! Very honest upfront plumber. Walked us through everything that was happening in our house and was very personable.
