This was the second time I called o5 Plumbing because of the good service at our home a couple of years ago, and I entered their phone number into my contacts list.

The first time, a wax seal under a toilet broke down and allowed water to seap onto the floor. It was a simple fix, but the plumbers added a preventative measure to block future roots due to the extended drought we're still experiencing today.

Yesterday, a problem arose in our second bathroom which caused water to completely run out of the pipes below the bathroom sink. I later learned it was partly due to a sink that was installed in 1960; it had shifted downward just enough to cause water leakage when the faucet was used.

Without getting into specifics, I'll simply say I was given three possibilities in solving the immediate problem. There was no pressure in choosing a solution, and there was no pressure to choose the most expensive solution.

As far as I'm concerned, o5 Plumbing should be named, "o9," Plumbing. Hint: "o5" represents a high officer military rank, and "o9" represents a much higher rank. I highly recommend o5 Plumbing!

I needed an inspection for a leak, and o5 responded quickly to my inquiry and sent a plumber the next day. They identified the issue and helped correct it. Highly professional and fast. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

A good friend recommended o5 Plumbing to me after a water line burst while I was out of town. Needless to say I had water everywhere and drywall damage. The resin bottle in my water softener burst and resin clogged all my faucets and remained in my pipes. o5 was a pleasure to work with. They informed of all the steps necessary to restore water to flow through my house and replaced my water softener. I found them in the BBB listings and are an accredited business.

Chris did a wonderful job with installing all necessary pluming for a complicated piece of equipment we have that is used to clean mass quantities of contents at our warehouse. I would highly recommend Chris at o5 Plumbing for all of you plumbing needs!

Great, veteran owned company. Prompt communication, arrived at scheduled time, fair quotes, and did above and beyond what they said they would do. Adam was a great technician. Explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Will use them in the future if the need arises.

This is an overdue review because I’m a forgetful (lazy) person. But I had them come out to replace the toilet for me so I could surprise my pregnant wife with a bidet. They got to me the same day and didn’t charge a rush fee or anything. They were honest and didn’t try to get me to buy or do anything right that second by saying something is going to break soon you better replace it. When I had questions about some things I needed done around my house the guy was honest and said he could do it for me but that some of these things are very easy fixes and told me how I could save money doing them myself and wouldn’t mind talking me through them. This is now the only plumbing company I will use going forward.

Adam was absolutely fantastic! He was completely thorough, very educational, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The quality of his work was outstanding, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone else for plumbing services. I posted on San Antonio contractors for a plumber to cap off a gas line. I received several interests and even scheduled with them. No one showed up so I reached out to o5 and they came the next day, offered a very reasonable rate and Nelson even spoke to CPS about the work. CPS royally screwed up but Nelson dealt with a difficult "supervisor" at CPS and got it resolved. I highly recommend o5 not only for the clean work but their knowledge. Shout out to Nelson. I will use them again in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Chris and Adam come highly recommended. The different purchase options were explained to replace the water heater. Once installed, the warranty, water heater operation, and all of my questions were answered. Excellent customer service!
