Had an amazing experience with Jilly Plumbing! Had a shower leak and was worried but Jilly Plumbing came over and sold my issues so quick. I will definitely call them out again for any plumbing needs. Honest and transparent!

We had a leak in our main water line that was flooding into the street. Denny was honest in his approach to get the leak quickly resolved and did so in a cost effective manor. He provided excellent customer service along the way. Denny is a true professional through and through.

Denny is wonderful! He is honest and tried to locate my leak. Rather than charge me an exorbitant amount, he was kind enough to rule out what wasn't leaking. So, at no charge, he told me how I could check my sprinkler system. He went through the water meter and explained to me how it did not show water running. What an honest and caring man! Pick Jilly! We were having water pressure issues with our guest bathroom tub and he came in and explained the few things it could be, why he thought it was one specific item and was correct. He quickly got it fixed and assured if it was the other part he could work with us on cost. Super friendly and helpful!

Exterior water valve replacement: Excellent customer service. My initial phone call was answered (didn't have to leave a message or go online) and a free estimate was arranged for 2 days later. The estimate was fair and was what I ended up paying. He verified the project before starting and after completion.

We called John Wayne for an outside leak on Thursday and Monday was the fastest they could schedule for someone to come out. Denny was able to come out right away! He’s not afraid to get in there and get his hands dirty. He has a lot of knowledge and was able to repair our water main fast AND save us money! So grateful that our awesome neighbors connected us with Denny to get us squared away.

Danny (owner) came to our home and fixed my clogged kitchen faucet. He was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Very helpful in discussing the cause and how to resolve future problems. Definitely will be calling Danny for any future plumbing issues.

DENNY IS THE BEST! No comparison to anyone I have ever had before. He explained everything and did not seem to mind mine and my wife's numerous questions. He came when he said he would and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He cleaned up everything and hauled away the old parts. Did not have any surprises from Denny. I did not think at any time that he was trying to take advantage of us. He is our plumbing guy for life!

He came out to inspect the fixture and made suggestions and then purchased the correct parts. He installed the units in the tub plus the shower since we liked the modifications.
