Ryan and Alfred came by and fixed replaced my water heater. From the moment they walked up (wearing masks the whole time so I was very grateful for that) they were professional. great on timing and cleanliness. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you fellas!!!!!

We had a mysterious loss of all water pressure at my 93-yr. old father-in-law's house. SAWS reported that their meter was good, so the problem was on his side of the system, and most likely the pressure reducing valve. Had another plumber replace the valve, but still no water. So, I called Bryco based on great previous experiences with them.

Johnny and Billy arrived on-time and began to diagnose the problem. Confirmed that new valve was good, but the manifold in the garage was clogged. Ultimately, they plumbed the inlet line so a water hose could be connected to purge the line in reverse of the normal flow. This cleared the obstruction. They then put everything back to normal, fully tested all faucets, and adjusted the pressure.

These guys are great! Very knowledgeable, conscientious and personable. We will definitely call them for any plumbing needs!

Thanks, Bryco, for sending Johnny & Billy.

We called right before they closed with a clogged and overflowing sewer line and they sent two technicians right away. Within 30 minutes they arrived and got right to work. They were very professional and got it fixed in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be keeping their name for future plumbing issues.

They're honest, helpful plumbers. They give you all your options and properly advise you. There's no surprise in the price as they are upfront about the cost. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but I have always been very happy with their work.

This company wants to charge $2400.00 for a water heater replacement, etc removal of the old. Crazy pricing, truly overpricing and I wouldn’t recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Talk about a scam, people need to educate themselves of true costs for this type of service. Thank God for Google and Free Enterprise. I am getting mine done with another plumbing company for $933.00. Shop around consumers as there are a lot of Sharks in the water. FYI: Another company to watch out for is San Antonio Plumbing, they quoted me at $2,200.00. Highway robbery at its best.

I called around for prices for a new water heater. The other plumbing companies came at a high cost. These guys came in with the lowest bid. Their bid consisted of delivery and a new water heater and installed in the same day. I highly recommend them. The installers did a professional job. Did all new connections for my water heater. So my plumbing is up to date. Now i have hot running water. I'm a happy client. Use them and you will see how reasonable the prices are.

Best plumbing Company in town. I referred them to the Cigar shop I go to after the shop was quoted a ridiculous bid to repair a water line. Bryco saved them over a thousand dollars. Shawn is the man!

I was an angry customer, and they resolved my issue and left me satisfied. I will call them again (if they'll accept my call).

I had to have Bryco out twice within a week. The first time, our toilet had a sewer smell, so the plumber took off the toilet, replaced the wax ring, and reset the toilet 3 different times to ensure it was stable and didn't rock.

One week later, that toilet backed up. Since it was after-hours, we had to have the emergency call, at a cost of $370.
This is why I took one star off; Roto-Rooter augered the very same toilet only a few months ago, and charged $150 at 9pm; Will-Fix-It and Beyer Boys quoted me around the same price ($170-175) that time, as well. I didn't call either of them this time, because I figured it made sense the work of resetting the toilet multiple times caused some of the wax ring to fall into the pipe, which is where the clog came from; I am certain it should not have been clogged, since the bathroom is hardly used and the drain was augered so recently.

So, I called Bryco back, and they sent another plumber team.

Unfortunately, they didn't agree with me that the work done last week brought the need for the return visit, and took my card info to run the $370. I called first thing the next morning (and didn't get the name of the guy I spoke to), and we had a round-and-round that resulted in him agreeing not to charge my card.

So, what could have been a 1 star review became a 4 star review. I am not sure they're happy with the resolution, but I am (of course). And since they were straightforward and listened to me, and agreed not to charge my card, I am comfortable calling them again for a scheduled appointment.

Requested an appointment to survey a leak at the water main at a rental. Was told their plumber would be there. Was connected to this company through a Craig's List call-in 877 number listing for a plumber. Bryco never called me to advise of the problem nor the cost. I called them later in the day and was advised that they did the work without my authorization. The 877 number listing advised of "free estimates". I expected to have this company call to advise of cost of the work. Customary right? Not with these people. I advised them that I live out-of-state and do not live there and the property is a rental property. They knew how to contact me. The office woman actually said, "Well you did not request an estimate." How's that for professionalism and customer service. Do work not authorized and without providing the customer any idea of the cost. Never use this company - unprofessional and dishonest.

I have used Bryco Plumbing on several occasions and have been very happy with the service provided. They are prompt, polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

I've used Bryco three times now, and I am very happy with their service, professionalism, and prices. I had a leak at the street they repaired, I had them replace a water heater, and they cleared a plugged drain and replaced a hose bib. They called before arriving. They worked to fit me in for non-emergency stuff. Their pricing was very competitive.

Well, over the past four months we have had Bryco out for three individual jobs. It seems that one side of this 20 year old house has slipped a little and we had pipes break at the outdoor yard faucet, inside shower drain and the main water/sewer line. They have been great we us and very helpful to USAA insurance in getting all the paperwork completed so we could have some money to get the work done.
My wife and I now know everyone in the business from the owner, the dispatcher/coordinator/everything else (Missy I believe). She is great getting the back haul done. From Shawn (owner) to Spencer, Simon, Johnny, Mike, Bryan , Alfred and Albert (I hope I got everyone) they all work together as a team to get the job done for the homeowner.
They were responsive to all of our needs, did quality work and it was very reasonability prices.
Bryco Plumbing is our "go to" for all of our plumbing needs and if you decide to try them I do not think you will be disappointed.
Thanks again everyone for job(s) well done!

We used Bryco to replace a hot water heater and then again for plumbing changes with our kitchen and bathroom remodels. They come out quickly and on time, are very courteous and respectful of your home. With our remodel, several plumbers showed up as they finished other jobs so they could complete our plumbing needs. Pricing is good and we will continue using Bryco for any other plumbing issues.

These guys are the BEST at what they do. They communicate with you very well, are friendly, personable and have always arrived on time. Super affordable and the quality of work is top notch. Have had them install a PRV for my insane water pressure and an Expansion Tank for my water heater on one occasion, a garbage disposal on another and both services were done quickly and they left no mess behind.
***Follow up it has been over 9 months since last repair and I have yet to have any issues with either of the previous visits.

I just started using Bryco for our plumbing needs, They showed up ahead of schedule - and called to make sure that was okay. They did a great job explaining how they would fix the problem before they got started. They did excellent work and cleaned up completely after they finished. Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable people. We will be referring them to our family, friends and clients.

My first experience with Bryco Plumbing was in 2016 when referred by USAA. Because of the positive experience with Bryco, I called again in 2017 when I had additional plumbing needs. Once again, I was very pleased with the service, quality and costs of the work performed.

In 2022, I discovered water in my closet and knew that the water heater on the other side of the wall must be leaking. Sure enough, it was leaking, so I called Bryco to schedule an appointment, and emptied the heater tank.

Later that day, I received a call from Bryco letting me know that there had been a cancellation and a team could come out that afternoon. Great! Neither my wife nor I were looking forward to living without hot water for the next few days.

Alfred and Tobie arrived around 1:00 PM. After examining the water heater, Alfred said the replacement would cost $2,425.00.

The quote seemed to be a bit more expensive than I was expecting, so I asked Alfred to give me a moment to consider it. I attempted a few quick searches on the Internet to see whether the price could be considered fair.

I knew I couldn’t expect Alfred and Tobie to wait any longer, and when I returned, Alfred let me know that If I supplied the water heater, they could install it for approximately $700.00 - but it had to be pretty obvious that I wasn’t in a position to jump into my car and pick up a water heater on my own.

So here I was in a vulnerable position, feeling the pressure to make a decision - say no and send them away, and then start the whole process of identifying and scheduling another plumber while living without any hot water, or attempt to tell myself the price of $2,425.00 was worth it. Living without any hot water during a pandemic did not seem to be a viable option, so I said go ahead and replace the heater.

Alfred & Tobie returned with a Rheem Classic Plus Series Professional, Tall, 8-year 4500/4500 Watt Smart Electric Water Heater with LeakSense (approximate retail cost $750.00). As Alfred was installing the new heater, it became obvious it didn’t fit on the elevated base correctly - part of the heater now hangs over the edge of the base. When I asked about it, Alfred explained that it was the best option he had and that he would also have challenges with the size of the other water heaters currently available.

The job was completed in two and half hours, around 3:30 PM.

The cost of the service I received never seemed right to me. When I calculated the costs of the job, I assigned $1,000.00 to parts and supplies, which left a $1,425.00 labor cost. For a two-and-half-hour job (which included the time spent picking up a water heater), the hourly labor cost was $570.00 for both Alfred & Tobie, or $285.00 an hour each.

In my opinion, the labor costs charged seem excessive. Furthermore, I was left feeling that there was a chance I was purposefully taken advantage of because of the situation. I contacted Bryco via email with the hope that upon a review of the job details, they would agree there may have been a miscalculation of the original quote, and agree that an adjustment to the labor costs and a partial refund could make things right.

    I never heard from them.

Had a water heater improperly installed by another plumber. Called Bryco to correct the problems and they did a wonderful job! Professional, knowledgeable, and so very reasonable in price. Woody was our service tech and took time to explain everything he did. We are so happy with the end result.

Bryco plumbing experience was an absolute delight. After our 2021 Winter storm, my pipes bursted. When the Bryco professionals service the issue, it took them less than 30 min to completely fix my initial problem. Service Restored!! When I noticed I had another leak in the other side of the house, once again, within 30 min, fixed and restored.

I highly recommend Bryco Plumbing for the following reasons:

    *Professional services
    *Reasonable pricing
    *Friendly professionals
    *Quick response to inquiries
    *Fantastic team of qualified individuals

Bravo!! Bryco Plumbing. We appreciate you so much

Bryco was recommend to me and I'm glad I went with them. Johnny and Ethan were both professional and repaired the problem within an hour. I expected that my shower wall would be torn down. Johnny was able to fix it without causing any additional repairs on my part. Thank you Bryco and thank you Johnny and Ethan.
