I don’t know who they have answering the phone over there but, fire that woman immediately. Every time I called she acted like I was bothering her. I called Saturday for an appt on Tuesday, absolutely no communication what so ever. I ended up calling and cancelling my service seeing as I doubt anyone was going to show up. This company needs a serious attitude adjustment.
