Promised to replace items stolen and damaged by their workers but once I Paid them they disappeared.. Juan is a liar and thinks it’s Ok for his guys to go inside your refrigerator and help themselves to your food/drinks.. and yes I have them on camera .. poor service subpar work…TRASH COMPANY

We had a leak in our kitchen that started late at night. Once we stopped the leak, we contacted 911 Restoration to start the drying process. They were ready to come in the middle of the night... we decided for them to come first thing in the morning. They came back every day, including Father's Day, to check on the progress of how things were drying. Very responsive, very professional. I hope that we don't have to use them again, but very glad that I know about them in case we do need them again.

Such a great experience!! I've been experiencing health issues and was concerned we may have mold in our home. Justin heard my concerns and worked with my schedule to come out and do a visual inspection right away. He was prompt, professional and friendly. My wife and I were more worried there was going to possibly be mold in the future. Justin was on call for us this past weekend. When he came out he measured the water damage. But during that time PuroClean worked quickly and cooperatively with our claim adjuster. The reconstruction process went very smooth. The project manager, David, was well communicated, attentive and thorough. I hired PuroClean after my condo flooded. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the remodel. I am so grateful that I had PuroClean handle the job. Was out of town during a cold spell in San Antonio...My neighbor called to tell me it appeared my pipes had burst because water was flowing onto the outter foundation of my house. When I arrived home it was a disaster. PuroClean of San Antonio Northwest was there immediately to assist with my emergency. Ivan called to reassure me that his team had it under control. Dispatched to my residence was Crystal, Max, Nick, Adrian, Oscar and Ivan (all my heroes). Ivan provides such personalized service. They are knowledgeable, proficient and professional. It took 5 days of water mitigation measures to salvage the lower level of my home and someone was there everyday (even during the worst times of the weather we had that week). They are full service: plumbing, water mitigation, mold remediation, clean up and restoration. They were careful with my belongings and very courteous. They alleviated my fear through their professionalism put into action. Rest assured they'll take care of you and your home. Forever grateful for this astounding team!

On December 18, Ray and Josh came to my house to remove some wet installation they work together so well like they we in harmony knowing what each one was doing. They both were so kind and respectful. Thank you for sending me such a good pair to work on my house. They even let me know everything they were doing. They also cleaned up so well you
really could not tell there was anything on the floor.

Danny, the project manager, exhibited a spirit and attitude of excellence in work performance by his crews, and in customer satisfaction. The crews were professional, timely, and courteous and the work was completed much faster than expected. We are very pleased with the quality of the results. PuroClean is a company I would recommend to others and would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Ray and the other staff from puro clean did a great job with my repair. They were fast fair and the work was done well. They went above and beyond and repaired everything with no issues

. I initially had a great experience with Puro Clean when they started the water mitigation process. They were responsive and seemed professional. However, as the job progressed, their communication became worse and worse.

During the process, a piece of my water heater was broken. They acknowledged the damage and assured me they would issue a check for the repairs. Unfortunately, that never happened. I had to go back and forth with them for over a month, constantly following up, but they still failed to make things right.

Dealing with them has been frustrating and time-consuming. A company that handles disaster recovery should be reliable, communicative, and take responsibility for any damages they cause. Sadly, that was not my experience. I would not recommend them based on their lack of follow-through and poor customer service.

We had a pipe bust in our kitchen wall. With my luck, my husband was out of town. I called PuroClean and Marshall was out the next day! My experience with their company was seamless and easy. We ended up not needing as much work done and Marshall was honest and fair and he made sure that the price matched what was actually needed. On the day of the job - Marshall, Jessie and Oscar came out. They were kind, fast and respectful of our home. I would recommend them to anyone who needs water remediation services!
